As this was our first house purchase I was expecting a stressful few months trying to find our mortgage. Making it even worse that we are currently posted abroad. We found AFFS online due to a requirement to navigate the tricky mortgage broking market after a couple of years living in Canada, meaning 'conventional' brokers were unable to help us.
