Based on multiple customer reviews, buyers have reported NOT receiving products and also products that do not match what was shown online.

Please be cautious!!!

Order #73022 placed an order over a month ago and the product hasn’t even been shipped yet. No communication on any social media platform even though they post stories DAILY on their Instagram. I’ve tried contacting them through dm, email and their site but not a single response. I ordered 2 caps and have been left completely in the dark :/

Geweldig mooie pet alleen past hij niet… Mail gestuurd en antwoord gekregen wat is uw maat? Mail beantwoord maar daarna niets meer gehoord…..

Hé hé eindelijk antwoord door deze revieuw, hierbij hun antwoord, lees vooral het laatste stukje…. Nu is het zelfs mijn schuld dat ik door het plaatsen van een review mijn artikel niet kan terugsturen! Heb binnen 8 dagen aangegeven dat artikel niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed dus mag dan artikel terugsturen!

je kan hem zelf groter maken voor n paar gulden bij een kledingreparatie winkeltje in de wijk. na je negatieve review verlies je bij ons het stukje goodwill die we hadden aangeboden.

Trotz mehrfacher Mails wird auf Reklamation nicht reagiert.
Die Antwort von Unseen geht an meiner Kritik vollkommen vorbei. Ich kritisiere nicht das zu kleine Produkt, sondern den Umgang mit dem Wunsch der Rücksendung. Hier wurde trotz mehrfacher Anfragen die Kommunikation verweigert, was sich erst durch die Einschaltung von Paypal änderte.

Nicht mal den einen Stern verdient.
Sehr sehr später Versand, keine Antwort auf Nachfragen. Die Mützen sind zudem übertrieben groß und wenn man diese zurückschicken will bekommt man plötzlich ne patzige Antwort die Rückgabe sei ausgeschlossen, man solle doch zu einem Schneider gehen und die Mütze anpassen lassen.
In deren agb steht allerdings das rückgaberecht drin und laut EU Verordnung hat man fristgerecht sowieso das Recht dazu.
Erspart euch aber am besten die Unannehmlichkeiten und lasst die Finger davon.

Leuk pet! Alleen verkeerde kleur gekregen. Drie keer gemaild geen reactie en zonder label kan ik hem niet terug sturen :( hopelijk kan dit nog opgelost worden

Ware Ende Nov. 25 bestellt und bezahlt. Sollte Weihnachtsgeschenk sein. Keine Reaktion mehr, trotz meiner vielen Nachfragen. Dann kam eine graue Mütze, es sollte aber eine in Orange sein. Will die graue nicht, Retoure angefordert. Wieder keine Reaktion. Immer wieder genervt. Per Anfang März 26 heißt es jetzt frech und schnippisch man habe auf Dropshipping umgestellt, die Order sei mit 4 Monaten zu alt und könne nicht geliefert werden und sie machen auch keine Retouren oder Geld zurück. Das werden wir ja sehen ihr kleine startup wonna bees. Insta erst mal mit Warnhinweisen geflutet. Da gab es auf einmal Reaktionen. Will aber kein dummes gratis Cap sondern mein Geld zurück Baby Boys. Und das schaffe ich auch, seid euch sicher.

É la terza recensione che scrivo, in questo caso dopo 4 mesi di attesa l’ordine è arrivato. Avevo ordinato un cappello blu e mi sono arrivati 2 cappelli 1 azzurro e 1 giallo. L’attesa è stata lunga e l’ordine errato, l’unico lato positivo è che ne ho ricevuti 2.

Jeg har aldrig fået min ordre og har ventet siden den 22 august 2025!!!!!! Har prøvet at skrive en mail til dem men de svarer ikke. Har ikke fået nogle form for opdatering. Skal have mine penge tilbage!!!

Ho fatto l'ordine il 15 settembre 2025 avevo mandato 2 email tra ottobre e novembre con risposte vaghe, avevo perso ogni speranza pensavo ormai fosse una truffa,
Ma poi , come per magia ,il 5 gennaio arriva il cappellino (non del colore che ho scelto)

i bought a cap 4-5 months ago which finally arrived today. It came in a different colour from what i actually ordered it to be. The time of delivery and huge mistake they have made and making me wait 4.5 months i wouldnt recommend buying from them. 0 stars

Binnen 3 werkdagen ontvangen. Ik had de verkeerde kleur besteld. Helaas hebben ze de mail te laat gezien. Op kerstavond krijg ik een e-mail of ik een ap bericht wil sturen. 1e kerstdag hebben ze de juiste pet persoonlijk bezorgd en de fout besteld pet mogen we als kerstcadeau houden. Dit noem ik nou service !!!!!

Jeg leder efter nogen som også er blevet rovrendt. Altså er der nogen chance for at jeg får mine 54 euro igen?? også mærkeligt at man ikke kan refundere eller noget som helst.

Men hvis der er nogen der ved hvad man kan gøre for at få pengene tilbage så skriv gerne til mig.

I’ve ordered an orange Cap in August, got a black Cap instead in Oktober.
They wanted to fix it by offering me an orange and ne for free - fair enough - BUT I never received it nor did I get any answer to my countless messages since then. Very disappointing! Better keep your money, it’s just a pain in the ass! They really have to improve their customer service and communication!
As I can see from all the other reviews this is how they work in general. The Cap is cool but not worth the Pain. If you’ll receive it or in the color you’ve ordered is like lottery… I’m really disappointed as the cap was meant to be a present :(
