I ordered this book online and it came very quickly. I am looking forward to trying out some of the patterns on fabric bought recently in Zimbabwe. The patterns look very interesting.

Afrori Books is a wonderful bookshop and more than that, a wonderful community resource. Friendly staff, quick responsive service and an amazing range of adult and children's books by Black authors. In addition I have really enjoyed some of the amazing talks which Afrori continue to put on - we are very lucky to have you here in Brighton. The founder has done so much great and needed work here. I hope you continue to go from strength to strength!

The discussions are incredible, I always leave feeling a deep sense of community! The facilitators of the book club are so intelligent and very passionate about quality literature. Its my favorite Wednesday of the month! Please never stop doing this!

5 stars all day, every day for Afrori books. Their shop is so cosy, welcoming and they always help me to give suggestions for new books. I often bring friends who are visiting Brighton, to browse and buy books and they also love the shop. I use the libro.fm app and Afrori books is my chosen shop to "buy" the books from this listening app. I also attend some of their book clubs and the choir. Such a friendly and inclusive community.

Ordering a gift card and emailing it wasn't as straightforward as it could have been. I wasn't sure which to choose and if they would be sent to the recipient automatically.
