every new agent from customer service has a different story. Total regret

Yesterday I have a problem then I, call to ACE office, Mr Sumair take up my matter and solve with to much patience. Thanks to Mr Sumair and ACE.

I received a message to send money with offer code to remove the fees but when i used it was still showing fee on my total balance, i rang numerous of time but no answer.
After They have given me stupid reason but no resolving the simple matter.
Very bad services i had received from ACE i can not trust their website and promo code.
I would highly recommend NOT to use this service if you want peace of mind.

THIS COMPANY IS POTENTIAL THREAT TO DATA PRIVACY OF USER. THEY BLACKMAIL YOU TO PROVIDE SENSITIVE/PERSONAL AFTER TAKING MONEY.
On initial transaction, they take ID/Passport/Driving License and they process the transaction.
After 1st transaction, they ask you provide other documents in my case 'address ID'. WHY THEY DON'T ASK TO PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCS AT SIGN UP PROCESS.
They blackmail you to provide your information once money taken form your card. I provided my bank statement but then they they ask for salary statement. Off course I hide all sensitive information. Then they asked me to provide doc without hiding my sensitive information. WHY THE HELL YOU NEED PERSON'S SOCIAL SECURITY, PERSONAL ID, TAX NUMBER etc.
I mentioned you are only concerned with address so stick with it.
Their customer support guy could see my confidential paper and ID and they claim compliance department is performing check. One can assume their inability with regards to AUTHORIZATION OF DATA. That means anyone in this company can sneak into user most sensitive data
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY because potentially you will be at risk as long as this company continue their business. Today data is most precious thing which they can convert into cash or because of their inability it may become liability for you.
I know they will claim their data privacy policy is strong I challenge them to please share any achieved ISO CERTIFICATE if your company is so strict and implemented appropriate IT Policy.

Some DESI are running this company as fun. Sooner or later YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

No check how much money you sending not asking from where your earning this money.

First time Bed experience with ace money transfers.
I transferred money 6 days ago and I have sent all the required documents to them. But my transaction is still pending. I talked to them on the phone yesterday and they told me that my transaction would be done yesterday. Today they have requested me to send more documents.

The worst ever company. My experience them with is so bad. They delay the transactions continuously without giving any excuse. Each agent has different story to tell. Also they have sometime deduct the money twice from my account which is not acceptable. I’ll never deal with them again. Please don’t do business with them. They are bunch of crooks.

these are the worst money transfer agent i come across.I asked them in advance when i was sending £2400 to pakistan and they requested me the bank statement which i did before i done the transaction.
they are holding the transaction since 15 days and their phone number (constantly busy) not working and no one replying via chat or email.
They are rubbish so never use them.
still waiting for the refund or delivery of funds to beneficiary...!

I have been an Aftab Currency customer for 10 years. I never had a problem, they also have very good customer service, if I need a question or help, they help right away, and they are also friendly and professional.

Been an agent before and now as a customer face worse and terrible service. ACE qualified staff urged proof of funds alongside already having two ids (British passport and full driving licence) for the single transaction of £250. When I remind that it’s not required as per FCA but happy to provide my screenshots of transaction with my account to prove it’s mine. The qualified staff explained me that FCA and HMRC need it which I can’t stop to laugh and on the other hand now they required paper statement before the release my transaction. I again remind that if they suspecious then simply report to MLR for that qualified staff replied they inform FCA I laugh again and request to cancel my transaction and give me bank authorisation code for that qualified staff said they not allowed to give me authorisation code as they only give to Bank. I laugh again and now waiting for refund of mine £250 which I sent for my father medication, my 74year old father is not well.
I sent then through Khyberexchange with another transaction which hopefully will deliver today.

I am still waiting my own £250 back which been told take 5 working days as FCA and HMRC and probably MLR. I suggest to qualified staff better report to SOCA about this £250 transaction you might get compensation from BRITISH GOVERNMENT.

Keep it up the worst customer service, very soon you appreciate and learn that DONT BITE YOUR FINGERS WHICH FEEDS YOU.

Terrible, when ever you want to send money, they always have a reason to hold your funds for 4 to 5 days.

They are such a bad aygent in Irealnd demanding stupid things and holding our money using 3 days then giving back i will request to all my friends and all ppl please don’t use this site they are surviving on our commission and bloody rude ppls full with ego and un helpful customer service don’t give them business
The best way go to bank ulster bank charging only 50c to send money i will strongly recommend all ppl please go there or there is money gram remit and many sites available why we are supporting these useless ppl who are eating our money and giving us trouble

Terrible horrible infect I don’t have words to explain there customer care representative behavior both through chat and the phone. They will force you to cancel the transaction in order to keep your Maloney in there account to get benefits. Plz plz don’t use you will regret . The representative Waseem is extremely rude and unhelpful

Very bad company and rude obnoxious customer service to say the least. Keep asking the same questions again even after you provide them with documents and proof, they keep saying every time to give them and cause unnecessary delays which defeat the whole purpose of using the app in the first place.
