Would have been 5 stars but I didn't receive a confirmation email confirming the delivery date etc. Although I was impressed by the quick response to my email ( 15 mins ) advising when my item had been shipped and that it was arriving the same day. The FedEx driver was also very curtious.

Avoid this company.I’ve ordered guinea pig food 8kg and my parcel was stolen,because delivery driver left on the street my parcel.Delivery company not taking responsibility,because parcel was without signature.This company ignoring me and no replacement and no refund.Not I choosed to send without signature,but they sent like that.I’ve lost nearly 50£ and nobody care.

£99 DELIVERY CHARGE on 6 tins of dog food!!!
If I ‘d been distracted and just simply ordered it without looking at the delivery charge Id have been ripped right off!!!!

I haven't been able to buy Kattovit Renal Drink for years and I'm very grateful to this company for supplying it to the UK. It was delivered quickly and well packed. Thank you.

My parcel was delayed due to mistake on the warehouse.
Not only that but order was packed very poorly, boxed opened in transit and was repacked so i had missing items.
They also sent me CAT pouches instead of DOG pouches and refused to refund.

Review for KalmVet. Very good price and same day emails respond. However it did took longer then expected, so keep in mind and order in advance. Also it looks like its a new company to the market, so there is some issue with payment confirmation. 5 Star, price is below average.

Only giving 2 stars because food eventually arrived (thanks to FedEx)-otherwise it would be 1* as you can't give 0.
Ordered on 7th, scheduled dd 12th. Arrived a week later (today, 19th). No order confirmation, no update. No email from the carrier, absolutely nothing. Emailed shop, they sent me link with tracking. Missing paperwork at some point with FedEx, emailed shop, they said will sort it, and let me know. They must have sorted it, never updated me tho. I feel like they totally don't care about customers. No Hello or Thank You/Regards in emails, just a sentence. Not even a shop signature in email, very unprofessional.
Very, very poor customer service, will never order again.

it has been 2 weeks and i am still waiting for my order to come.
after ordering i havent received any email.
website showed information that was not accurate like payment didnt go through.
clearence process delayed the delivery time even more because of ignorance.
this company doesnt care about the customers.

Considering the products were shipped from mainland Europe it was a quick delivery. My dog loves the food, and her stomach settled too after the specific make we order from Agbzoo, and you cannot get that make anywhere else in the UK, tins were slightly dented but it did not in any way affected the food’s quality so it didn’t matter at all. Will be back for regular orders.

Ordered Josera food for my kitty. Arrived after 9 days. This company is in Poland so to arrive parcel to UK takes time. However they haven’t provide tracking number so i needed text to them and ask.
But overall great, package and food is in good condition.

Great company. Cat food came well packed and all really fresh. Ordered 18.12, delivered by fully tracked FedEx on 27.12. Sent from Poland and took less time to arrive than some UK based companies. Very responsive customer service.

The food eventually arrived.
I couldn’t track it as they didn’t provide tracking info & the tracking click button didn’t work.

The food arrived late & dented.

They sent 1 x large tin of 800g instead of 2 x 400g tins
Which isn’t ideal

I ordered 50 tins of dog food, it arrived later than stated. They didn’t provide tracking details & the links provided didn’t work. So we were concerned as we’d never used them before.
I’d ordered 50 regular tins of dog food - but they must have run out & sent large tins instead which worked out at the same amount of grams in total. But just means that we have to store an open tin.

I’m only giving 2 stars because for past 2 weeks I’ve placed orders that total over £200 and although both have arrived in time and although packing could be better nothing apart from outer box has arrived damaged or missing.. That I’d have happily given 5 star rating but this happened.
Everything I’ve ordered has over night disappeared when there was in stock of over 1000 pieces day before……. I’ve tried emailing couple of times and ringing to ask is there a issue as I’ve literally 2 cats and 3 dogs all European rescues that rely on these brands and living in the uk it’s hard enough source and honestly thought I’d won the jackpot with agbzoo… Sadly this company doesn’t give a hoot about our custom so now desperately trying to source Wiejska and dolina noteci superfood for both cats and dogs…
Customer service and loyalty is appalling..
