I received a telephone call from a manager at Beauty Shades part of Ageless London who was shocked that staff at Agless London refused me a refund also by the way I was treated he does not condone this behaviour and all staff will be having new training to stop this happening in the future . I received a full refund by bacs transfer, he also decided to let me keep the products. I have reviewed my score to 5 stars because of the quick response and understanding of Beauty Shades/Ageless London. Thank you so much Beauty Shades.

Very pressurised selling techniques, I feel really upset I was conned but have to be glad I came away without spending more than the £250 on 3 products I did. They were relentless, chasing me down to purchase a £1000+ device. What angers me is they preyed on my vulnerability. Please please avoid them, don't have the 'free' facial whatever you do. Walk on past.

I’ve been shopping with Ageless London at their stand in Westfield London, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the people there.

Their skincare products are truly impressive — I’ve noticed real improvements in my skin, and I keep coming back for more. But beyond that, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and always take the time to explain the products and help me find exactly what’s right for me.

I was in Westfield London and I purchased the ageless anti aging collection. I absolutely loved the peeling gel - it has been incredible for my dry skin. The sales team are so professional and helped me treat my skin. Very happy customer.
