Best Investment I’ve Made for My Agency

I've been part of Charlie's program for a little while now, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience. Despite how busy he is, Charlie actually takes the time to respond to messages and stay active in the community, which really shows how much he cares. He's also very genuine and honest, you can tell he truly wants to see everyone in the program succeed and isn't just doing it for show.

I recently had a 1-on-1 call with him, and it was super helpful. He gave me clear guidance and insights on how to move forward with my agency, which really boosted my confidence.

The community itself is also very active and supportive. Anytime I’ve faced an issue, I’ve been able to get help quickly, whether it’s from other members or the coaches. I remember running into a problem with my GHL sub-account, and one of the coaches jumped in and got it fixed in under 4 hours. That kind of support is rare!

Honestly, the best part of this program has to be the unlimited GHL sub-accounts with built-in automations from Charlie’s team. That alone is a game-changer and saves so much time when onboarding clients.

Highly recommend this to anyone building an agency!

dont impulse buy. learn for free on youtube

I spent a few hours following along with the course just realizing this wasnt the program for me. My advice to others is to just watch his videos to make sure you will get value from him. You only have 48 hours to see if it is for you so choose wisely dont impulse buy.

Charlie the Lizard

Horrible support. False advertising and overly inflated prices. He does not follow up or do what he claims to do. Those blueprints he promises are gated, and you can't access them as a new member. You have to earn points in the community before he lets you access them. Then, he provides no tutorials, guides, or pdfs on the actual settings you need to use for each module of the blueprint, nor does he provide any system/user prompts required to make it run properly. Charlie is a lizard. I found a much more powerful community for $39 a month, with a team of engineers and developers who will provide one-on-one help for any issues. They can also build out anything for you, allow you to whitelabel it, and sell it as a rev/share model, if you have zero experience building and want to create huge revenue streams, as you learn. So many possibilities for revenue and support when working with a team instead of a one-man lizard. Do better, you little lizard, Charlie.

Let me begin by acknowledging the positive aspects of Charlie Barber’s community. The recorded lessons and course content are genuinely valuable, particularly for newcomers seeking guidance. However, while educational material is important, a successful community hinges on accountability, engagement, and follow-through—areas where this group falls short.

**Broken Commitments & Poor Communication**
My experience with Charlie’s team has been deeply frustrating. Luka, a representative, canceled my onboarding call without explanation and later rescheduled two 1:1 meetings, only to dismiss me by claiming I wasn’t “at a level” worth his time. This is unprofessional, especially after inviting members to book calls. If prerequisites exist, they should be communicated upfront—not used as a last-minute excuse.

Charlie himself promised incentives like **15,000 free leads** and personalized 1:1 support to those completing the "5-Day High-Level Challenge." Yet, after fulfilling the requirements, neither the leads nor the promised meetings materialized. Communication is consistently lacking: messages go unanswered for days, and public follow-ups are met with vague claims of “private replies” before he vanishes again.

**Billing Issues & Lack of Support**
Several members reported unauthorized charges (e.g., $333 fees) with no associated products or services. The support team—aside from Altus, who stands out as genuinely helpful—is unresponsive and ineffective. Issues are ignored or mishandled, leaving members feeling abandoned after payment.

**Final Thoughts**
While the course content holds merit, Charlie Barber’s community suffers from a glaring lack of professionalism. Public promises of mentorship and rewards starkly contrast with the reality of neglect and unfulfilled commitments. Proceed with caution: the value of the material is undermined by poor leadership, unreliable support, and practices that leave members disillusioned.

While the majority of members have had very strong outcomes through the challenge and community, it’s clear we missed the mark in your case and I want to address that transparently.

Regarding the missed calls and communication issues:

Luka’s behavior was unacceptable and not reflective of our values. Since your experience, we’ve removed him from the team and raised our internal standards for how onboarding and support are handled.

On billing concerns:

We’ve worked closely with support to clarify how any charges occur, and have already refunded users affected by unclear fees.

Lastly, thank you for acknowledging the value of the classroom material. That means a lot. But your experience shows us we must continue building a community that matches that same standard and I assure you, that’s our focus moving forward.

Bad Support

- Very Basic Information.
- Non Existent Support. Had my Onboarding Call cancelled last minute and when I messaged the person back he didn't even reply me for a month.
- The coaches there can go for days without even replying your question.

Good Training & Community

I'm actually downgrading my original review to 4-star. I still think the training is excellent, however the community is currently experiencing some "growing pains". That being said, I do feel that Charlie is genuine, extremely talented, and fully committed to making the community even better.

Customer support is non existent

Customer support is non existent. Charlie takes pride in the “experts” he has hired for “thousands of dollars a month” within his skool community but when asking the simplest of questions they take 5-7 days to reply, basically making you rely on yourself for answers. Not to mention the information received from the “experts” are screenshots of the knowledge base in GHL. Onboarding takes forever. Community interaction is almost 0. Also went through 2 weeks of begging him and his “experts” to cancel my membership before the next billing cycle (which he never did and I had to resort to contacting skool support) even then, they issued a partial refund, and only returned the rest of my money when I begged them to another week later.

The templates are less than par and workflows for the follow up bots are complicated (when you could pay $25 usd for closebot, or cereba that do this way better with no manual conditional logic)

His growth operator promises a free personal strategy call (where he tries to sell you a 3-5k package if you have a strong enough “why”) and ongoing support where he will leave you on read for days with little informative responses.

One thing I did enjoy is the software subscription they offer for Instagram direct messages because it beats pricing for every other service like colddms.com but even then it’s a little sketchy because they ask for your personal account information (user and password) and give no clue on where your information is stored.

They do keep a clean image and his course material is informative for beginners, but lacks essence for seasoned users.

Overall if you want to learn the basic fundamentals of a CRM, or automation behind most agency/consultant businesses, this is a good place to start. But you should expect to do a lot of research on your own.

We built this community to help people at all levels of experience, some may thrive independently, while others prefer more handholding. Either way, we’re constantly evolving to serve both better.

amazing community I recommend 10000%

Charles is an incredible and highly motivated person who genuinely wants to help others succeed. I was very impressed by his level of commitment to the community.

I have participated in several skool communities, but I have yet to find a community leader as connected, accessible, and engaged as Charles. His dedication stands out, and he makes himself available in a way that is rare to see.

Although I wasn’t necessarily the right fit for the platform—since I run my own e-commerce store while the community is more geared toward coaches and agencies—I still found value in the experience. The level of support, engagement, and genuine care within the community is amazing.
