We used AH to sell our house, but also purchased our new house through them too. We didn't feel pressured into using them after the evaluation was complete, and their approach to the first step of the process was so relaxed and friendly, it was one of the key points to us instructing them. Ashley and the whole team were brilliant with each step of the process, and couldn't fault their communication to keep us up to date at all times. We will definitely be recommending Agent Hybrid to anyone going through the sale/buying experience.

Ashley, Hayley, Yasemin and James were incredibly professional and provided a very high value service. The house was sold within a week but their continued support throughout the process of seeing the sale through to completion was exemplary. Agent Hybrid were very proactive in their selling of our house. They offered 2 options for their fees. they kept us informed with all aspects of our sale, chasing all parties as required. They sold our property so quickly, there was not enough time to put up a "for sale" board.

I have carried out two property sales in the last twelve months with Agent Hybrid and they have performed fantastically during both of these transactions .

The initial surveys which were carried out at both properties resulted in reasonable evenly balanced assessments with realistic assessments of the property values.The quotations for their services were also reasonable for the service they give ,with no hidden fees and they explained in detail how the transaction with themselves would take place.

There appears to be a good structure in place with Ashley handling the surveys/quotations , James handling the sales and promotion the property is on the market and Yasemin handling the administration and after sales service once an offer is accepted .

All three were able to give me sound advise in their areas when I called on them for guidance . As this is a local estate agents I did feel that you received a more personal touch and as the same three people were dealing with me the whole time it indicates a low staff turnover which.

For these reasons I would recommend that this estate agent is one to always be included on a short list when your selection of an estate agent takes place.

We sold our home through Agent Hybrid after an unsuccessful attempt with a different company. We dealt mostly with Ashley, Yasemin and James. They were exceptional and very professional in their approach. Our first meeting with Ashley was very productive and he had so much local knowledge, we were very confident to proceed with Agent Hybrid. We were kept very well informed throughout the process, viewing arrangements were made taking both parties' needs into consideration and prompt feedback was provided following viewings. The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised an Open day for viewing my property right at the beginning of marketing my property, using their Client Lists. This resulted in finding a first-time buyer, willing to pay above the asking price with whom the sale did go through to completion. I was kept in touch with them all through the conveyancing process, by their after sales person. So no complaints.
