Agent Hybrid achieving the best price for your property??
I find it most unusual the reviews for this agent. They do not seem to understand the basics of Estate Agency. They need to understand the 1979 Estate Agents Act. An agent must try and achieve the best possible price for their client. They have proven they're not doing this. I was prepared to make a generous cash offer on a property, however they cancelled my viewing and said the property was already sold! Although it was available less than 24 hours earlier when I booked the viewing. It might have been under offer, but they should have still given the opportunity for other viewings booked to go ahead, as they don't know if they have achieved the best price for their client!

Mr Edwards, it was clearly explained to you on the phone call you had with my colleague that five offers had already been submitted on the property, of which our seller requested that best and final offers were obtained, presented and no further viewings to go ahead. A sale has now been agreed and within 24 hours of marketing. In my opinion, very good estate agency, to which our reviews reflect. You were offered a viewing time on the same day offers were received. You were unavailable. You have not even viewed the property and simply implying that you 'may' have offered a higher figure, simply does not constitute as being a valid offer. Just because you didn't get your own way, does not warrant you to be rude and aggressive to our staff members and we quite frankly would not engage in business with you anyway, under those circumstances. A team of genuinely lovely people
A team of genuinely lovely people. I would not hesitate in recommending Agent Hybrid when it comes to buying or selling a home. Ashley, James and Yasemin were the people I dealt with during my sale and they were flawless from start to finish. All of the potential buyers who came to view the house (which has now sold) were all equally complimentary of Agent Hybrid and I'm sure this helped get my house sold twice in a matter of weeks!

Succeeded in a turbulent time.
The sale of the property was not straight forward. As the time came towards exchange & completion, Yasemin was an absolute star. She provide support & updates that went above & beyond her remit. Great job completed in a difficult and trying period..

Agent Hybrid are fantastic
Agent Hybrid are fantastic. They are professional, friendly and provide a great service selling your home and responding to any queries you have along the way. They did not go in for the hard sale like many other agents did which can make you feel awkward- and they didn’t need to as their sales stats spoke for themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again if I moved!

The best choice I made using Agent…
The best choice I made using Agent Hybrid. Kept me informed every step of the way. Even during this difficult time of covid 19 they kept it going for me. Would highly recommend. The best estate agent in stevenage, I believe this to be the case due to Ashley and Jame's passion for the business. Also we had very professional photos which really helped sell our home quickly. Was only on the market 3 wks and sold on a good price
