I would really like to use your rota…
I would really like to use your rota manager - have set it up as best I can but find it very confusing, I have had to go back to using excel sheets. Would be good if you guys could come up with a simple format I'm sure other surgeries would find it helpful too. I would only use it for Reception/Admin staff

Getting started....use their excellent support
I'm going through setting up TeamNet from scratch which is mostly intuitive but like anything new you come across things that confuse a bit. For these contact with TeamNet support has been just great. Swift, easy to follow instructions always come back from their team and on you go again. Really helpful.
