Top marks to the team from me. Each contact was both professional and efficient. The receptionist, the coffee bar assistant together with the backstage people who interacted with me concerning the service. The car looked like new inside and out when I drove off from the premises.

The staff are friendly
The staff are friendly, welcoming and explain everything that will be done. Complimentary wash added. A video of the full check was also emailed to me, advising me of what will need done in the next months.

I enjoyed my experience with Volkswagen…
I enjoyed my experience with Volkswagen mallusk. I got a service on my car today and thought it was well done. Paperwork gave me all information I needed and very informative. Jamie especially was amazing. He is a very kind and helpful man and enjoyed my experience with him. Can’t fault him at all.
I was told my car was cleaned and hoovered and when I went out it wasn’t. I went back into Jamie just to let him know… I wasn’t too worried about it. He ensured that someone very quickly took care of this issue and ensured I was looked after and was very apologetic.
Cannot fault Jamie I really couldn’t praise him anymore.
