I went on Saturday for facial. The eye serum is incredible. I started with night cream. Now I adore the cleanser and hydration day cream. Today I am wearing no foundation after using the weekly peel last night. Amazing. I am 59 and look ten years younger. Great products. Thank you Michael!!!

Great customer service! When requiring a refund due to a financial issue in Las Vegas Ilya and Mechelle assisted me with care and concern. The products are incredible and I intend to purchase this line of cosmetics in the future.

When my Eneo Advanced device stopped working after just a few months from purchasing, I contacted Avologi and got no response until 2 months later. In the interim I contacted Mechelle at Las Vegas Cosmetics and she provided excellent, friendly, and timely customer service and got my Eneo replaced promptly; especially considering she was working solo during the COVID lockdown. I am very happy with The Eneo Advanced device and all of the Agora products! And really appreciate the way Mechelle handled my issue!

On our Dec. Las Vegas trip I purchased several Agora products after a whirlwind sales presentation which left me a bit overwhelmed, confused and unsure, like a deer in the headlights. Also being ill didn't help my clarity, so many questions, so much to absorb became daunting as I stared at the lovely packaged products lined upon my bed. That's when Mechelle, a beautiful ray of sunshine, stepped in bringing the most amazing customer service that I have EVER had anywhere!!. Mechelle brought me peace of mind and also made me believe in the products which some I've grown to love as I use more and more of them. I only used them 2 wks when various serious medical issues arose that stopped me from using Agora for 4 months. Mechelle stood by graciously understanding and generously helping me get back on the Agora program that brought more clarity and excitement than ever. Thank you, Mechelle, for your undaunting patience, vast knowledge and kindness!! Agora doesn't only have great 24K Gold masks, they also have Mechelle, a wonderful geniune 24K Gold customer service rep who loves her work. I hope Agora realizes the jewel she truly is, I would've been lost without her ! She honestly puts her heart and soul into helping fix things, provides solid experienced information, works with your personal situations, responds quickly and pleasantly to questions, gives helpful hints to make your Agora experience the best it can be. Her manner is always sweet, considerate, helpful, respectful, caring, compassionate, understanding and genuine, making me feel so comfortable, happy and trusting. She has experienced the products which was even more valuable to me and her clients. I'm 75 yrs old, in a short time I can see my skin glow and feel it smoother and softer. I believe Agora can work on aging skin. With Mechelle there I will remain a happy customer with my husband enjoying my new look of which he so sweetly gifted me. We took our honeymoon in LV and were approached about these products. Not happy at all and didn't help my skin one bit. Would like a refund please.

Dimitre offered a sample as I walked by the store in “Paris” (Las Vegas) so I decided to go in for alittle eye lift. It actually was incredible. It was my 64th birthday and I instantly looked 10 years younger. I bought the Advanced Bio-Syringe. Love it , wish I could afford more of their products! Thanks!

Erika at TI, Perfume 11, gave me an amazing facial and gold mask. She also reviewed the info on products in store and used those on me. I was astonished at the results. She was so honest and helpful in me purchasing several products. I loved her knowledge about all the products and the use of those. She is an awesome person and I love the look I achieved without having to wear makeup!!

To begin with OMG! The products are amazing and so was Erika at perfume eleven at TI. This young lady really knows the products and makes you feel so good about yourself. Erika took the time to not only tell us about each of them but gave us facials to boot. If I had such a young lady working for me I would truly treasure her! I won’t be wearing makeup today because I don’t need it anymore 😃

I have always try new moisturizers and I didn’t have the luck to keep up with because they give me rash or make my face greasy. I really appreciate Agora facial moisturizer because my face feels refreshed !!! Thank you Micheal for your help!!!!

Honestly my sister was sceptical but as she sat with me and saw the effects of the treatments it inspired her to try and buy treatments too. This is a scam. High pressure sales and I fell for it - totally wasted $5000! Don’t fall for the emotional pitch. It’s smoke and mirrors. I’ve used the product - strictly following the rules - for four months and negligible difference between the before and after picture that I took. What a scam and waste of $5,000! Do not fall for the sales pitch! They lay you back in the chair (gravity) and say “see wrinkles are gone!” When I got home (from vacation so 2,000 miles away) I saw that several of the products were missing the tamper-proof seal - I think the store swapped out the product for cheap crap! Not happy. Feeling duped.
