Zoé a résolu mon probleme. J'avais commandé un téléphone mais je suis tombe sur une plateforme qui prenait un abonnement ce qui n était pas prevu

J’ai eu une pub ou il y avait une remise sur des baskets au lieu de 150 elle passait à 9,99 au final il s’avère d’une adhésion qui n’ai pas mentionné ou on vous prélève de l’argent et c’était prévu que on me reprenne de l’argent le 13 décembre j’ai échangé avec les personnes et ils vont me rembourser l’argent

Je leur mets 5 étoile parce que on peut leur faire confiance et la rapidité du traitement

They tricked me into a free promotion just pay for postage, I can't believe I fell for it but they included the company name I had won in their email address, I am so glad I used my bank card that has no money on, it hasn't got an overdraft facility so they can't take any money, I cancelled payment before they took postage money, I contacted them straight away via online chat told them to cancel my account said they tricked me and if it's not cancelled will report them and take things further, I feel really silly but they shouldn't be allowed to do this scam

Con artists. They had an online free advent 📆 offer supposedly via John Lewis. All I had to do was pay for postage. The company taking the £1.77 postage was not John Lewis, but this bunch of scammers. My bank refunded the £1.77 and blocked/cancelled my card. Although I have never agreed to a membership of any description, two weeks later, this bunch of Con Artists took £24.84 from my new card. They are obviously using the recurring debit card payment system. Totally illegal, as I have never signed up for a debit card continuous payment with anyone, especially not this bunch of scammers.
My bank has refunded that and has blocked the card. They are thieving con artists. BEWARE. AHAPPYPARTYCOM are con artists and thieving lowlifes.
EDIT. All reviews from other Trustpilot members start on or after the 1st November 2025. Nearly all are single sentences praising this business. This is a typical ruse by scam companies. They will not make refunds unless the buyer/member posts a positive report on Trustpilot. This is a typical scammer's trick. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Again. This is a fraudulent business and has only been in existence since May of this year. Ask yourself. Why does the owner hide their name and contact details? Again. Do not trust this company.
Another Edit. I emailed AHAPPYPARTY.Com. I have just received the email response. Here is a part of their response.

As I have detailed above. A typical ruse by a scam company. You will not get your money back unless you give a positive review on TrustPilot. Report this company to your local police force as an online fraud.

March. 2026. I have just received another email from this scamming company who have the audacity to ask me to give them a good review, even though I have still not received the refund they say was paid in December 2025. Again, beware of this scamming company. Note to AHAPPYPARTY company. If you don't like it, sue me.

J ai commandé un pouf et me suis entendue dire que j avais un crédit sur un site d'événements ... depuis on m a prélevé 3 fois des sommes de 10 euros ...et dans l intervalle M. Imani me demande de changer mon commentaire pour que je sois remboursée.
