Easy ordering. Assessor was on time and received my report within promised time.Very professional.

Arrived at the property on time, did a 5-10 minute whip around the property,
Told we’d be Band C - fab.
Took our £50 cash. Gave no receipt.
Promised my husband he’d “WhatsApp” the report that afternoon.
No report received 4 days later.
Rang several times, finally got a text response.
Assessor then moves the goalposts and started talking about a SAP EPC.
Never asked the questions to determine whether it should be a SAP EPC either when we made the appointment, or during the appointment.
Still no report - no refund - no receipt!

Mahmood communicated with the tenant, made the arrangements and kept me the landlord informed. It was done efficiently and with no hasstles.

Mahmood, was very responsive to my request for an EPC report at very short notice. He also, rather brilliantly, delivered on my request to deliver the report by the requested deadline, only a couple of hours after the inspection was completed. Communication, at the property, was minimal however there was quite a lot of people milling around and it wasnt very conducive to private conversation. Plus as the landlord of the property, I was, at times, involved in my own unrelated inspection and dialogue with the tenant. Mahmood was professional, polite and courteous throughout and I would recommend him without hesitation.
