I purchased an annual subscription (PRO user) on the 24 January 2024. The App was working really well for the last 6 months, however a couple of days ago my PRO subscription was cancelled and I was reverted to FREE user. I emailed the support for assistance but no answer. I also noticed that the company created a second user interface called ChatBotApp.ai.
I am experiencing difficulty closing my account. I have tried e-mailing the company, but have not received a response. My account shows that I cancelled my subscription in March 2024, but I continue to be charged and e-mailed receipts.
I have to admit I was overwhelmed with the idea of AI assuming I wouldn’t be able to operate the platform. But AI App has made this extraordinary technology so simple to interact with that I feel at ease conversing with chat gpt and am simply spoiled having this mega hitter in my arsenal of tool for advantage over all my duties whether work, school or home organization. I love it.
Changed monthly subscription with yearly, got charged monthly nevertheless in addition. Sent multiple mails to support, no answer.
Now the site tells me I have to upgrade to PRO to use the chat eventhough I have an actual yearly plan.

Un thread reddit existe de toutes les victimes de cette arnaque sous le titre: "aiapporg est probablement un site frauduleux".
Edit: Ils m'ont enfin remboursé après un énième email et plus de 5 mois après. Quelle coincidence.

PS Update: the cancelation was done with no problems and I got my refund. I give it 3 stars instead of 1 for this reason.

Pedí el reembolso el día 17 de abril y me contestaron el día 7 de mayo. No contestaron a ningún ticket que les mandé, tuve que cancelar mi tarjeta bancaria también por presunta estafa. Después de un mes sin saber nada y gracias a poner una reclamación por este medio (trustpilot), me han devuelto mi dinero.

I paid for a one-year subscription a week ago. On the first day, I realized that the results were not what I expected from a paid version. The same day, I canceled my subscription, requested a refund, and asked them to delete my card from their system. I sent four emails to their refund and support team, but no one has responded. Someone must check on these kinds of companies because they seem to be trying to take our money. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
I just check (02 April 2024) the ticket and it was closed without any notice, update,request and/or info.

I paid a yearly subscription in February. Three weeks ago I noticed that my access to GPT4 was not possible although I was logged in. A ticket was opened immediately but I got no response. After checking back the ticket was closed w/o any notice or info. This is a total waste of money, time and everything.

I bought this subscription by mistake and asked for a refund immediately and they replied with an automated email saying the ticket has been resolved (when it hasn't). Now I have been charged two months in a row. Beware of these scammers. I will be following this up.

I feel obligated to update my previous review regarding aiapp due to the unfortunate continuation of my issue. Despite initial assurances from the support team that a refund had been initiated following the accidental subscription, I have yet to see this refund materialize in my bank account.
Since my last update, I have reached out multiple times, including an email on April 7 and reopening the complaint on their platform, but all attempts to resolve this issue have been met with silence. The lack of response and resolution from aiapp’s side is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
This experience has left me feeling deceived and compelled to take further action. I am now preparing to report this issue to all relevant authorities in the UK to seek the refund I am owed. I advise caution to those considering aiapp, based on my ongoing experience with their customer support—or lack thereof. Potential customers should be aware of this serious concern before deciding to use their services.

I tried to contact the support service of this company but keep showing error, then I sent an email requesting refund and cancellation of subscription once I realized this wasn't what I expected, with no success, no reply. I went to my bank, cancelled my card but didn't solve the problem as this Ai app is still charging me for this unwanted subscription.
I will probably have to cancel my whole account to try solving this massive headache in my life at the moment. First transaction that they made, showed in my transactions the location in South America and the second came from Australia. These scammers are all over. Be careful people and dont make the same mistake :(

I think it definitely deserves five stars. I've never seen a website with so many AI applications and tools at once. It's very useful and I would recommend it. I don't understand the negative commends.

1. I bought Chatgpt 4.0 last 14th Feb for $19.99 and it didn't work. It's not working even until today (6th Mar) when it's almost been a month.
2. I waited on 14th Feb thinking it was a temporary error, but it didn't work all day, so I sent a refund email to the customer support right away, but so far there is no answer and it can't be found in the junk mailbox. So don't answer me to look in the junk mailbox.
3. When I click to go into the 'my plan' tab to cancel it myself, the screen says 'No user found' appears. I've tried to connect to more than six different devices, but I can't, so don't blame my hardware or software.
4. Currently, I am filing a dispute with this company through the international dispute team of the credit card company that I paid for.

The design of the Aiapp website is very similar to OpenAI. I mistakenly believed I was dealing with OpenAI and then paid for the Pro plan. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I clicked "my plan" but got constant errors and dead links. I wrote an email to request a refund but no one replied.
I am in contact with my bank and they say this overseas scam is very troubling and I hope no one else gets scammed.

It’s a scam
Firstly it’s not the actual GPT which you don’t realise until after paying the yearly membership fee. Second it doesn’t work. I emailed them for a refund as it’s not been working, still haven’t heard back.
I was originally enticed by the “positive feedback” on reviews, but I wish I hadn’t, would stay away
