I ordered a corner shower enclosure from Aica, It came within a few days, was packed really well and of very high quality and value for money, As identical 2 boxes arrived I queried it with customer services ,who said they come in 2 boxes, Very quick to answer too, I recommend this company.

Great product and service.

Good communication via email but I couldn't get through via phone

I recently purchased a walk in shower tray and screen.
Delivery was prompt and on first inspection everything looked fine with no obvious damage, when I went to install the tray a few days later it was found to be badly warped. The only good point is that after a phone call a new tray was delivered a few days later and this one was ok.
I would advise taking a careful look at any items purchased for damage ( or out of true surfaces in the case of a shower tray )
After my experience I am a bit suspect of the quality but maybe I was unlucky.

Lovely shower door

All arrived quickly and safely. Shower door is just what we needed.

Great quality items at an inexpensive price. Had to return one of the items, this was easy, one of the shower enclosures was missing the magnetic catch, this was sent within 2 days.
So some problems but resolved quickly and without undue stress

First class service from start to finish, despite an error on my part with the order the problem was sorted out quickly and effiently by staff , delighted with the product.

I had bought a shower glass enclosure in 2023 for a renovation I’ve only just got round to doing one the bathrooms and I dropped a flipper panel and damaged it.
Got in touch with Aica and gave them the details of what I needed, super fast response by Lisa who was very helpful and luckily they had what I needed.
Great price on the items I originally ordered which were of great quality and no parts were missing and everything well wrappped. Great price on the spares I needed too.
Would definitely use them again highly recommend this company great service and communication.
