Legit company, real people

Did a lot of research before joining and I'm glad I went with AI Commerce. The biggest thing for me was that I could talk to real people whenever I had questions. My store launched quickly and I've already had my first profitable month. It's not a get-rich-quick thing but if you put in the work and follow the process, it works. Recommended.

Better than I expected

I came in not knowing anything about e-commerce. The team helped me set everything up and I've been learning a lot along the way. What I appreciate most is the transparency. they show you exactly what's happening with your ads, your numbers, everything. It takes time to build something real but I feel like I'm in good hands.

Solid program with real support behind it

What stood out to me about AI Commerce is that they don't just hand you a course and disappear. There's an actual team working on your store, ads, products, fulfillment. I've had a few bumps along the way but they've always been responsive and quick to fix things. Four months in and my store is growing steadily. Impressed so far.

Great team, real results

I signed up about 4 months ago and I'm really glad I did. The onboarding was smooth, my account manager has been responsive, and the AI tools they use make everything faster. I'm not a tech person at all and I've been able to follow along easily. Already seeing consistent orders coming in. Would recommend to anyone serious about starting an online business.

My experience with Aicommerce has been excellent. The team is knowledgeable, supportive, and very professional. Their AI-based strategies helped me understand e-commerce better and improve my store performance. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Deceptive business practices

Deceptive business practices, money taken, results not delivered.

AI Commerce took $14,000 from me based on specific profit claims and performance promises made during the sales process. Those promises did not materialize.

I was told this system could realistically generate around $29,000 in profits. After 5–6 months, the total return I received was about $1,000, nowhere near what was promised.

When I raised concerns, their “solution” was more of the same program and upsells, not accountability or results. When it became clear the promises were not being met, I requested a refund. They refused to refund, refused to accept responsibility, and continued marketing the same claims to new customers.

This is not a misunderstanding or normal business risk. It is a case of clear promises made, money taken, outcomes not delivered, and responsibility denied. I have written communications, payment records, and documentation supporting everything stated here.

If you give these people your money, do not expect to get it back.
That has been my experience. The promises made before payment were not honored after payment, refunds were refused, and responsibility was denied.
I strongly recommend not doing business with this company.

UPDATE – APRIL 17, 2026: FRAUDULENT BANKING TACTICS EXPOSED
I am adding this update to expose the merchant’s cynical response (which you can read below) and the illegal tactics they are currently using to fight my credit card dispute.
1. THE GHOST COMPANY BAIT-AND-SWITCH:
While they respond to me here as "Aicommerce," they are telling my bank (American Express) that I have an "active partnership" with companies called FanBasis and Corvin Group. I have NEVER signed a contract with these entities. This is Transaction Laundering—using unknown company names to bypass banking security and hide the fact that they never delivered the service.
2. FABRICATED DIGITAL PROFILES:
The merchant is claiming to the bank that I have an "active portal" with these ghost companies. This is a LIE. They took my personal information from our original deal and manually created fake accounts in my name to trick the bank into thinking I am an "active user." I challenge them to provide the IP address of the account activation—it will prove the accounts were created from their office, not my home.
3. MISLEADING EVIDENCE:
Despite their claims below of being "transparent," they submitted their defense to Amex in microscopic, illegible fonts. They do this intentionally to make it difficult for the bank to see that the company names on the charge do not match the company names on my signed contract.
4. CYNICAL "VICTIM BLAMING":
They mention "ad spend" and "limited sales" below to distract from the truth: I paid $10,000 (I realized on time about the scam and didn't pay the other 5k in fees that they promised to collect once you making profit). in fees for a promised $29,000 monthly profit, and received only $1,380 total. They promise the world to get your deposit, then hide behind fake identities and "ghost" companies when you call them out. Do not trust their excuses—they are
"PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS."

While we’ve made progress and gotten sales on Max’s account, the core reason the project didn’t grow further is because of insufficient spend, nor can we guarantee, that every single business will be a success. These are the expectations we set directly on our home page with regular size text not, fine print.

That said, just to be clear: Max was getting sales and building momentum. Every Ecom store has to test several products until it finds a winner, that pays for the losses and allows us to scale, unfortunately we couldn’t get to that point with a limited budget on Max’s account.

Been solid from day one

I’ve known Peter personally for years, so I already had a level of trust going in. That said, I’ve tried a bunch of business models before that looked great upfront but ended up being a time suck or just didn’t pan out.

This one has been different. Everything is run for you: ads, support, fulfillment. You’re not stuck in the weeds every day. I still check in and support the store, but I don’t have to micromanage it.

If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and want something steady that grows over time, this is definitely worth a look. It’s not instant magic, but it works.

I’ve tried a lot of things online…

I’ve tried a lot of things online over the years, but AI Commerce has been one of the few that actually delivered. I was a little hesitant at first because it sounded almost too good to be true, but I’m so glad I went for it.

The best part for me is that I don’t have to do everything myself. The team runs the store, handles customer support, manages the ads, and I can just focus on supporting it and letting it grow. It’s honestly been such a relief not having to burn myself out trying to figure it all out alone.

They’ve been super responsive, the systems are organized, and everything was clear from the start. It’s not one of those “instant success” promises, but if you treat it like a real business and give it a little time, the results are absolutely worth it.

Highly recommend if you’re someone who wants to build something solid without losing your sanity in the process.

Szabo is the REAL DEAL.

I’ve bought from Peter back in mid 2024 and Peter and his team helped me grow my brand to 50K/months. Since then we’ve more than doubled it and our profit margins went up too by installing a two A.I. bots to handle repetitive tasks.

He’s been around a long time and is excellent at marketing and growing businesses. I’ve seen others with half the experience charge more, so they provide great value at a reasonable fee, so it won’t take you forever to ROI like with some other options.

In an industry filled with fly by night gurus, you want to pick someone who’s been around for many years and I don’t think there’s anyone else offering so much for value for a very reasonable investment. I wouldn’t hire anyone else.

Excellent Service & Knowledgeable Team!!

Still some way to go though. Many of the challenges has been on me, having a new baby and not being able to spend as much time as needed. Also, I would say that some construction feedback I would have is that for a newbie like me, 10 hours a week starting out learning everything is not enough time. However, I have been learning a lot, and videos are excellent! Working with other Peter and Vijay has been a pleasure too!! They have helped tremendously and have been easy to speak with and available in timely manner with feedback, or responses. I think we have been at this for around 2-3 months now, and just getting first sales is exciting, but not on pace with what I was expecting going into this venture (this has been more delayed because of me though).
