J'ai pris un essai à 14 euros, qui n'a jamais fonctionné, je viens de me rendre compte que depuis septembre l'entreprise me retire 29,97 sur ma carte visa sans accord (7X). Une plainte est lancée. et ils se sont permis de retirer 2 X 29,97 le même mois. L'entreprise ne répond pas, faux site ATTENTION ARNAQUE.

Do not buy!!!! Trust me!!! Can’t get on it..I was hit with a 49.99 fraudulent fee and cannot contact them. Had to cancel my debit card so I would not incur future charges.

Shocking do not buy. Had no access during free trial. Then the subscription started as forgot to cancel. Took $29.99 and still have no access. Emailed and got a response to say that it was working and could not be refunded as subscriptions are prepaid?? Have emailed with screen shot, to show it takes me back to page wanting to sign up for £14.99 again. Currently demanding a refund and waiting for a response. Shocking do not use.

This sounds great but it’s not user friendly! I did the trial and I can’t figure out how to cancel! I’m pretty techy and I can’t seem to find a way to unsubscribe! Customer service doesn’t exist!

Trying to delete the account as £23.99 a month is extortionate but keep getting something went wrong try again later message. By the way this subscription fee was not made clear when signing up. I say avoid...got tricked into signing up!
