The support is useless, I had problems with a deposit and they don't respond to my emails or the chat on the page.

i have used many trade websites and this site's support by far the worst. I encountered a problem while depositing, i typed live chat many times but there was no answer for a long time, finally i got my money back. But i dont think i will use this site again.

Support answers are too slow.

My money dont back me i give my skin but my money dont go to my card, i wrote to support but they are ignoring me for 6 days already, I do not recommend using the site.

bunch of scammers. will not reverse a trade for me and said its "technically not possible". ignoring my support requests. do not put anything into this website they will try to scam you

Отличный сервис, сначала очень боялся продавать, так как много плохих отзывов и тд., но оказалось все наоборот, выводил 60к рублей на карту по СБП, деньги с момента истечения бана на скины пришли в течении 30 минут и тоже не мало важно в нынешних реалиях, одним платежом, те кто знает что щас с картами РФ и какие ограничения есть, те поймут, в общем рекомендую этот сервис, не беспокойтесь за свои деньги, еще раз спасибо

Купил предмет, у которого холд трейда 7 дней. Как пишет сайт, после разблокировки предмета у меня есть 6 часов чтобы принять трейд, однако трейд был отклонен через 10 минут, цена предмета выросла с 6800 до 7600 рублей, поддержка проигнорировала мое обращение, а компенсации никакой не было и видимо не будет.

Обновляю отзыв. С тех пор, подобных проблем так и не было. Цены часто лучше лисскинса, но бывают и баги с крайне завышенными ценами на 10-20%.

как по мне это самый лутший сайт по покупке и продаж скинов со стима но к сажелению valv выпустило защиту трейдов так что придётся ждать

A few days ago, I encountered an issue where I sold an item but didn’t receive payment for hours. Later, I was told the item had been mispriced, and I was given two options: accept a much lower payment or request the item back. I chose to have the item returned. Despite their promises to return it the same day, I had to follow up multiple times, and after 3 days, the issue was finally resolved.

But yesterday, the exact same problem happened again — and this time, it's even worse. I messaged them throughout the day and was completely ignored. No replies, no updates, no care whatsoever. Their support team is incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency or responsibility.

This kind of service is unacceptable. Repeating the same problem and then ignoring the customer entirely shows just how bad their support really is

It's been 6 days, and I still haven’t received my items back. The live support agent sees my messages and just leaves — absolutely disgraceful. I’ll probably never sell anything here again. My opinion about their terrible support team hasn’t changed. They are incapable of even replying.

I tried to withdraw skins but skins were not withdrawn because the payment was canceled. Service returned the money to me in the internal account of the site and told me that I would myself as something to worry about, but I need the money. There is no support, having written to the mail answer is not a day.
