I love this company. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t respond to emails very quickly otherwise it would get 5

I contacted them to settle my last payment. They asked me to do an etransfer of remaining balance. Which I did. In the same day, they withdrew my remaining balance, so I paid it twice. When I contacted them, they said they need 4 business days to process refunds. Now they owe me 1,231$

They will approach the customer with a complete disregard for transparency and integrity. In a competitors market a company like this will not last long. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

This "company" is a total joke!! If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have gone for that. Stay away from this unprofessional, abysmal crap. Do not waste your time. Quick loan?? It took them days to send it and no one, not one person answered my calls or texts. Absolute trash.

I wish there was a half or quarter star. This company is one of the worst financial institutions in Jamaica that should be avoided at all cost. I am going to detail a situation in which a customer paid almost 3 times the value of a vehicle fell on hard times and had 220 to left to pay and now being told that late fee took it back to almost 600000. Please note the cost of vehicle when the loan was taken was 850,000. For principle I am going to the uttermost to secure legal representation for her if this is not handled better. As someone authorized to sign documents to include job letters and character references I have a moral duty to tell persons who come to me on a daily basis to have these documents signed to avoid this company. I await this outcome so I can make this case public.

AimFinance made it easy for my family to get through some unexpected financial challenges and I'm thankful. We would recommend them as an option worth considering.

When we had an additional expense that we had not budgeted for and without a savings or emergency fund to fall back on, we had to move fast. The banks are slow, and we need funds within a day or two. When a friend suggested AimFinance, we gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised with the speed and service.

Having used similar companies in the past, we would say that AimFinance is worth more than 5 stars.
