Purchased at a fair and the product lasted about 2 or 3 months tops. They replaced it with their free replacement offer with $30 shipping. I paid it thinking we might have gotten a defective case. Again another two months went by and this case charges but it stopped charging the phone and the phone doesn't even read its existence, just like the first one. I'm very upset this is the total waste of money

Bought the solar charger at an expo in Mesa, AZ. $138. Won't charge after putting in the sun for 3 days. Won't charge my phone since it has no juice. Could charge with the cords alone. Such a piece of junk.

If I could give it a zero I would. I urge everyone to contact the Attorney General's office.
I filed a complaint and received a response saying I should go to the Nevada consumer affairs division and if the AG gets more complaints from customers at their level they will investigate. They are nothing but scam artist. They lied about writing a receipt so I was unable to return something. Being over 66 and 73 my partner and I were subjected to fraudulent practices involving the elderly.

First I bought the charging case for my IPHONE 14 and it died after 6 months. I received a new one under warranty and had to pay $30 for shipping. It lasted a WHOLE DAY! I contacted them and they said I would have to ship it back and if it was found defective, they would refund me OR I could get a new one under warranty and pay another $30. This is a crap product with crap service.

I was walking through the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and the sales clerk from "Hi Tech Room MGM Grand" offered to put a protector on my iPhone. While doing that he showed me the phone case that has a battery charger, I thought that was a good idea, so I bought 2, one for me and one for my travel partner. He then showed me these headphones. I swear, the ones he demonstrated and the ones I purchased were not the same. I took my headphones back to the hotel and put them on the charger so I could use them on my flight the next morning. The two pairs that we opened would not turn on and are so flimsy, like a knock off of the ones I tried at the store but they are supposed to be the exact headphones. What really makes me mad is that no where in the store was their sale/return policy visible to consumers. After I paid my $625 for the items, the clerk hands me my receipt and says, no refunds or returns, but we can exchange in 14 days. My flight was leaving in the morning before the store opened so I could not exchange. Also, my credit card receipt stated, "All sales are final and items are sold as is"! Complete rip off and I can't believe a reputable company like MGM allows their customers to be "taken for a ride" by allowing this store in their hotel!

Absolutely straight trash, wouldn’t recommend or buy another if they were giving them away. I feel like a sucker, with no way to get my money back or even speaking to someone about my issue. Tried goin on the website and it came up as suspicious content. If ever encounter another sale agent or anyone representing this crap they will get the full unapologetic wrath that they deserve , knowing that they are selling you an inferior product.

I bought this at the Alamoana Mall Honolulu while on holiday in October last year and it stopped working around December towards New Years. Very disappointed as it costed me $103USD.
I would never recommend this crap product to anyone.

The AI PRO battery case for iP14 lasted about 6 weeks, then stopped charging. Got phone message the device was not compatible with phone then. I was very careful about taking the phone out, as I was told this could bend the pin, so that it would no longer work. I removed the phone only a few times and very carefully. It would not stick to my car's magnetic charger/holder (car mounted function). Pros: It gave good protection, was thin enough to fit in my phone pouches, and kept my phone charged all day, even with heavy use, before it died.

I purchased the iPhone charging case. Followed the directions perfectly however after 10 days it stops working. I contacted customer service and for $29.95 they will send you another one. NOT. They do not stand behind their products. Stay away this case is a piece of junk.

Bought while out in Las Vegas Feb 26, 2026. Lots of promises and they spoke about how good their warranty is. 2 days and the headphones stopped working. Item was registered. Ive submitted 5 warranty requests and have NEVER gotten a response. Filing a product fraud claim with my Credit Card Company, Calling the Casino where purchased and filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Protection Bereau. POS COMPANY !!!!!!!

This place is a total scam. I was roped in by a sleezy salesman while I was attending a conference at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, I purchased headphones and a portable charger from a retail kiosk called Voyage. The salesperson showed an online listing claiming the headphones retail for $499 each and used that to justify a buy-one-get-one promotion. After opening the products, they appear to be generic low-quality crap electronics and the charger does not perform as represented. The merchant states “exchange only” and refuses refunds, and I am no longer in Las Vegas to attempt an exchange.

Don't buy ANYTHING. told me headphones were noise canceling, phone case would fit blah blah. nothing was true. charging phone case like 150$ quit after 4 charges. headphones are cheap plastoc garbage. won't pair with laptop. scammers in Vegas hotel. DON'T DO IT.

HORRIBLE I was ripped off at a kiosk in Paris Las Vegas had the charger for 2 days and it broke wish I was still there I would cuss that guy out never again people are so dishonest and it makes me sick these products are garbage

I purchased this phone case at a convention. The sales person said they wanted to get their new product out there and have people share what a great product it is. This is a horrible product! I bought the phone case for an iphone14+. It is only one month old, it is scratched and looks tattered. Mind you, I do not throw my phone around - I take care of it. And! The case drains the battery of my phone. After about seven hours, I have only 30% battery left on my phone where I can go three days and not charge my phone!!! I paid $100 for this at the convention, you see online it’s $250. This phone case is not even worth $20, in my opinion. Because it scratched so badly, I tried to get it replaced with the warranty, the company wants $30 for shipping! Give me a break these phone case cases probably cost them $15 to make! What a rip off.

My son was sold a defective solar charger at the recent Rio Rancho Home Show at the Rio Rancho Events Center this past weekend Jan 31 & Feb 1. The charger does not work, does not take a solar charge, way over priced and high pressure sales tactics getting my son to buy one

Do not buy. I purchased in Las Vegas at a mall and the salesman was pushy. I gave in and wasted $217.00. I haven’t even opened the headphones because I’m trying to sell it online. The case only worked for 1 week before It started not holding a charge. It’s trash and I don’t recommend. I would give 0 stars if possible.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Show up at trade shows and start out with a phone charger bank, then headphones, and then a projector while trying to offer these extras as gifts as distractions so you don’t research the crappy products they push on you. Had to get the trade show managers involved and the trade show had 2 managers staring the guy down until he gave me a refund along with proof of a full refund. Just stay far away and do yourself a favor and buy at a trustworthy local store, Best Buy or Amazon.

AI PRO IPHONE Charging Case - works fine for a couple of months. Then the case won't charge the phone. Or the battery in the case won't hold a charge. Lifetime warranty? Sure! They'll send you an unlimited number of "free" cases—but the charge for shipping is $30! I bought the case in March 2025, and by December, I'm on my third case. I decided to cut my losses and get a regular case that'll last more than a few months.

These are the worst headphones I ever wore. They were bought for m as a gift. They claim to be noise canceling and they are not. They are also extremely uncomfortable to wear. When you call the store in Vegas they tell you they do not offer refunds. Total waste of money!!!

I made a stupid purchase at a hotel while in Vegas buying this worthless peice of crap. AI PRO IPHONE Charging case $!&$170.00 down the drain. It worked for 1 week.I contacted store, manfacturer , store again, manufacturer. Im now done! Do NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!
