Quick and efficient installation. However, speed is around 20-40MBs which about the same as I was getting with my previous 4G provider. Nowhere near the advertised 150MBs even with an ethernet cable d... Ver mais

My problem was not resolved. It was a long winded phone call that went through disconnecting thr router equipment. I had already done that. We also went through a series of speedtests. The issue I have is in the evenings . Because the afternoon speed tests were acceptable Airband have deemed my connection issues sre resolved. They are not. In my view the problem is caused by an overselling and overloading the system in my part of North Wales to caravan users nearby this is underlined by the fact all was fine through the winter. As soon as the holiday season started connectivity was very minimal.
A very thoughtful installation to provide internet throughout the house which is very challenging.
Whilst installing our new router.we encountered problems .
Called to get support to resolve the problem.Spoke to nick who was very helpful and patient . He made sure all our equipment was connected before he finished our phone call.
And very pleasent to talk to.

An absolute credit to Airband.
I believe her interpersonal skills, professionalism and kind manner deserve special recognition. Indeed if she was part of any organisation of mine her talents would be utilised in a management role. Today she not only reassured me, but absolutely kept her word in advancing my case and indeed further to that she explained everything she’d done in a comprehensive email.

After having a problem withy WiFi keeping dropping and cutting out for many weeks ,I spoke to Amy from Worcester what a lovely lady she was ,simple to talk to and very helpful,as I've been ringing airband for 3/4months to tell them that I was having problems after my chat with Amy she sorted an engineer to visit my property within 2 hours ,thanx Amy your worth more than 5 stars your a golden ⭐

Luanda was patient and thorough in guiding me through identifying the router details, running speed tests, disconnecting the power and wiring, and then reconnecting. The signal then recovered and after two tries reached the service target of 40 download and 10 upload. All much appreciated.

Nowhere near the advertised 150MBs even with an ethernet cable direct into hub and clear line of site to the antenna on a hill, albeit 16km away. To be honest the speed will be fine for me, but only wish these companies would stop overselling.
Had a problem with my newly installed system, contacted airband at approximately 9pm and the customer service and speedy response to resolve the issue was excellent, ravi talked me through the process and sorted the issue very quickly, cannot praise them enough

Getting fed up with fairly frequent loss of broadband. (It was out for most of yesterday afternoon). Slow speeds experienced occasionally. Thinking of moving to a more reliable service.
Amy was very patient in listening and understanding our issues.

If I could give 0 I would.
We were customers of air band for several years.
We sold our caravan and contacted air band to explain we would need to cancel as sold caravan. They said they would ask the cancellation team to contact me. This took weeks and when the did, they want £400 yes £400 for us to cancel as we are still in a contract. I had no idea of this as I have been with them for several years. I raised a complaint and the complaints team said it’s got to be paid.
This is unbelievable they have caused massive undue stress at a massive time of vulnerability in my life and huge financial strain. They have no consideration to how much additional stress this has caused my life.
I strongly recommend that people avoid this company. They are only interested in money not people.
I will spend the rest of my living days advising people to avoid Airband .
Updated I got an email saying the customer service team are looking in to my complaint. The reply from them was we can do nothing I carnt transfer the deal and they will offer a payment plan.
AVOID this company at all costs they don’t care about you they only care about money.

The engineer Alex immediately diagnosed the problem with the line of sight to the mast and quickly moved the dish and increased its height so that an improved signal could be received. He was very competent and polite.

I called technical help ywice ...openreach says its live but i still havet internet as i was told it will tale all day to stabalise
