If there is a score lower than 1 like a negative number, I will give to this company. If you want to live longer with no anxiety & stress, never ever book on this agency. IT’S A BIG SCAM! 3 days before your schedule travel, they will text you & call you & tell you that the airlines have cancelled your flight & have given it to priority government delegates. They want you to re-book your flight in a more expensive fare & the irony is, they will tell you that you cannot use the amount of money that you used in paying for the airfare that you booked before with their excuse that it’s already with the airline & they didn’t return it to them yet. You can smell that something is really fishy, something is not kosher with this company. And the ones who will answer your call are Indian accents based in Canada or USA particularly New Jersey & Texas & in the United Kingdom. And they even have the audacity to charge you $150 as a cancellation fee when in fact they are the one who cancelled your flight. They want to keep charging you until you max out your credit card. Behind this company are evil soulless scammers with black bones & black blood running in their veins. They will tell you that they will return your money after 2 statement accounts but they won’t. So you have to file a dispute in your bank & report them to Better Business Bureau if you want your money back. I talked to my bank & filed a dispute that is why the almost $4,000 was returned back to my credit card. For those who were scammed by this company, do not delete all of the emails, receipts, incoming & outgoing phone calls to them & from them. The bank will be needing all those evidences in order for them to get back what you lost dealing with these evil criminals.

DDO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY... I book 4 tickets round trip to Miami in Oct. 2025 for departure from Montreal on Feb. 19. 72 hours before my departure, I received email from them that they weren't able to book us our flight, the y agreed to refund our money after 30 days but until now I didn't receive the money back from them. Despite numerous emails and calls which they don't answer at all. It was so stressful situation not to have ticket because we have a cruise to catch in Miami. I'm from Montreal Canada so I have ask hep from Office dela protection duConsommateurQuebec to sue this Travel Agency.

I booked a ticket with Airbeas travel before 3 month and last time they didn't send me Comfirm ticket .
I told me , we will refund your money but now 4 month completed I didn't receive refund yet $1345
They didn't reply Email and call now .

I booked 2 tickets for my birthday leaving 8 april 2026 we called then 70 times no answer sent emails 3 times we left 15 messages on voicemail no answer i want my tickets ready to pay extra fee but they don ‘t respond . I can’t believe there web site is still on this is out of control behaware how could camers like this not be flagged impossible visa not helping us either please call me Mr airbeas travel if you have any pride for your company

Dont Use this company!!!! they dont answer calls. the whole experience has been strange. they took our money for tickets and told us we need to wait 10 business days BEFORE our trip to get the tickets. we 9 days away and still have NOT recieved such tickets. no answer when trying to call them

SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM! I am currently panic booking other flights with my wife. Trip costing us over $4k more. We are out the total cost we paid for our tickets with this useless fake company. When we called them they would put us on hold then after 10-20 minutes they would disconnect us. We actually had some entertainment out of it. We audio recorded and video recorded all the conversations and have all the email communications copied. When I get back from our holidays, I am reaching retirement and need a hobby. I am using my Lawyer friend to go after this company hard for all expenses incurred. My visa outfit gets our money back from them no problem. Current efforts have included locating about 6 people that appear as directors or associate partners. I only had a little bit of time so I was only able to broadcast my dissatisfaction with the company on their personal platforms like Insta and FB and Linked In. Its a start but for now off to the beaches. I feel for people who maybe are not in the position to drop alot of extra cash for the same trip. My heart goes out to you.

J'ai fait une réservation en Août 2025 pour un vol à destination de Cancun. On m'avait dit que communiquer avec eux 3 jours avant le départ. 3 jours avant le départ on m'a dit que le vol n'était plus disponible et j'ai dû payer 3 fois le prix. Je vous recommande FORTEMENT de réserver ailleurs!

0 étoile. C’est une compagnie d’arnaque, on fait une réservation et on nous a envoyé un courriel pour nous dire que les billets seront disponibles 72 h avant. En fin de journée des 72 h avant le vol, on a contacté airbeas travel et ils nous ont dit qu’il faut payer plus que le double du prix du vol au départ. Je vous déconseille fortement cette agence d’arnaque. Il faut dénoncer ces genres de compagnies frauduleuses là.

Ils disent que vous recevez votre billet 24 heures avant le départ mais ce dernier n’est plus au même prix ( 1500$ de plus demandé)
Je devais aller voir ma mère en Floride et tout est annulé 24 heures avant mon départ 😨
