Quality better than expected
Rear cassette purchases for two project bikes. 9 spd with 11 to 46 teeth, 11 spd with 11 to 42 teeth. Used both since last year ..still good working condition. Initial delivery was prompt. No issues with this seller would recommend and use again in future.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, needed replacement rear wheel for my Giant xtc1, ended up buying a pair, new cassette and spacers.

I purchased a set of 140mm Air Fork XC36AE for my ebike and I must say they I great for the money and much better then those coil suntour forks

Great price for a good quality cassette
Great price for a cassette for my gravel bike. Swapped out Shimano 11-32 speed for Airbike 11-36 and worked a treat. Fitted with spacer to ensure tight fit and achieved perfect shifting

First class service & quality at great prices 👍🏻
I have bought two 11 speed cassettes from them now. The service is excellent and the quality of the products is too. Airbike’s cassettes are a fraction of the price of the major manufacturers but perform just as well.

Bought a set of forks & a new cassette…
Bought a set of forks & a new cassette for my girlfriends bike to replace the heavy original Suntour ones on her Specialized Pitch, for the price I think are real value for money, took 1 kg off the bike. Fast delivery & great coms, so very happy.

Found Air Bike Uk to be an excellent supplier of bike parts.
I’ve bought a few cassettes and chains from them for my various road, commuting and gravel bikes and think their kit is of high quality and very reasonably priced. Really recommend them!

Bought a 9 speed MTB cassette from Airbike and had a couple of problems. It rusted very easily for a start and caused damage to my steel freehub. Cleaned regularly over the winter. Never had issues like this with Shimano. Fitted tight on the freehub so no wobbling. Seems the steel used to manufacture this is harder than the freehub, causing damage. Worth noting as you may end up needing to buy a new freehub eventually, as I did. Seemed great at the start and took a few months of use to notice.

Hi Andrew sorry if you've had problems. The salt on the ground over winter can make the cassettes rust quicker if they're not frequently cleaned.
With regards to damage to the freehub, it sounds like the cassette was potentially loose or wobbled? Our 10 and 11 speed cassettes do need spacers so this may have been the issue. If you had a 8/9 then I'm not sure as the cassettes need to be on tight. Naturally a loose cassette will cause damage.

Utter garbage, don't waste your money
Put a review on the companies website and they have removed it without even bothering to consult me so I will post it on here. Bought a cassette from this company and it has turned out to be an utter piece of junk. Was bought to replace a sram 1 x 11 cassette. Did not fit properly as it was too narrow and wobbled around even though it was as tight as I could fit it on an 11 speed hub. Had to buy a spacer that I should not have had to buy just so that it would fit properly. Noticed that the spacing between cogs was wider at one side and and almost touching each other at the other side. Only noticed this after my chain broke causing me to go backwards whilst descending, this crash caused my rear derailleur to snap in half leading to me having to purchase and fit a new rear derailleur. In the end I have binned this and purchased the original sram cassette which works perfectly.

Hi Shane not sure where the original review went as your purchase was over two years ago? but would have happily helped.
All our adverts for 10 and 11 speed cassettes advise you need to buy cassette spacers depending on your hub.
Shimano and SRAM cassettes have lips on the back and have patented these designs. Therefore you need a spacer with ours. This is mentioned in the advert and is a small price to pay for the cost saving.
Sorry you’ve had a bad experience. It’s a shame you didn’t just email us and we could have advised instead of taking the time to write a negative review at 12.17am on a Saturday morning and over two years since the incident.

Very good!
Easy to order and had some good savings with their own vouchers. Forks arrived quickly and look very nice, but on the negative side, there was no instructions with them, not even basic settings, so I sent 2 emails to customer services asking if there was any they could send me, but so far no reply, even though the website says they always respond within 48 hrs, so not impressed. After feed back from Airbike, they sent me the manual and suggested I check my spam folder to see if the manual link had gone in there, and I have to say yes it did, so I can only apologise to them and hence I have changed my review to 5 stars!
