what a scam. they post cheap prices then tell you it was a promotional price & it has expired then try to get you to pay more. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM

This is a scam don't buy anything from them they say we reserved your ticket than they say the ticket was cancelled bla bla and then try to sell you expensive ticket this is unreliable scam company !
The guy on the phone telling what you don't understand I yelled at him why don't you first confirm prices with airline than sell tickets! this is really stupid!

Scam, not a legitimate company. Do not use. They emailed me the day after booking and tried to get another $200 from me.

This is just a SCAM, just like many other customers, I booked a flight thru Airfly Smart and within the hour they call me to tell me the flight was not available unless I paid double the price of the reservation I had booked with them. They gave me other alternatives, but they were all super expensive. Websites like this one should not exist. They are simply horrible. They just mislead their customers.

Scam!! I booked a direct flight with them. An hour later, they told me the flight was over booked and moved me to another flight that included a layover. The next day they told me that my direct flight coming back was over booked and told them I wanted my money back. He than tells me that everything is fine and I’m all set on a direct flight back. A week later I receive and email saying my direct flight was canceled by the airlines. I called the airlines and they indicated that airflysmart canceled my reservations. I requested my money back and they refuse to refund me. I am out 4,500 USC dollars. Stay away from this company. I have been trying for 3 days to speak with a manager and they keep placing me on hold and leaving me there.

I booked the flight got confirmation and than 11.05 am they call and informed me they can not offer the price they quoted they did not offer any alternative bad bad service I can not refer them to anyone.

This is a scam. When you book a flight, they send you an email with a confirmation number but they do not actually book a flight for you. They'll say, "Oh we tried to call/email you to let you know the tickets were already sold." and then they try to upsell you on tickets at a current price.

I believe this site is a scam. They book but don't confirm your fight then send you a text a bit later and tell you those flights are sold out but they can get you on a similar flight for 3x as much $. Very courteous but still a scam. Husband is cancelling credit card.
