Either scam or incompetence.
Had a call with Tristen, decided to give it a try, and my experience has been deeply disappointing.

I was charged for the service, yet I’ve never been able to log in. The platform's password reset doesn’t work, there is no visible way to cancel the subscription, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received no support.
I was told by Tristen Larsen, the founder, that I would be assigned an account manager and properly onboarded. That never happened.

The platform looks promising, but it is clearly unfinished and not ready for paying customers. There is no onboarding, no functioning support, and no accountability. I have requested a refund—still no response.

Charging for a service that is not delivered is not only unacceptable—it is potentially unlawful. If you’re considering Munger.ai, I strongly recommend holding off until they can demonstrate that the product is complete and that they stand behind what they promise.

We signed a contract with Cisero (run by Tristen Larsen) in September 2024, lured in by bold promises of fully automated, high-performance email marketing campaigns. The sales pitch was aggressive, with claims like:

“Breaking: a competitor just revealed 300% revenue growth... Fully automated email marketing... 40,000+ leads per quarter... 90% cost reduction... Runs itself.”

Based on this, we paid a significant five-figure sum upfront. Since then, results have been non-existent — we received only one meeting in total and zero additional revenue.

After months of unfulfilled promises, our account was suddenly deleted, despite the contract still being active. This act alone shows a blatant disregard for client obligations and professionalism. Upon speaking with other former clients, we discovered we were not alone. Others have shared identical experiences: big promises, upfront payment, no delivery.

In our opinion and experience, this operation is a scam. The marketing may be slick, but the service behind it is hollow and dishonest.

Recommendation:
Stay away from Cisero and Tristen Larsen. Do not trust this company with your time or money.

Email spammer - uses so many different domains to spam AI crap.

Tristen sold us a guaranteed 100 leads a day. We paid $10,000. We did not receive a single lead. When we inquired about his 'guarantee' he blocked us. I've been contacted by over a dozen people with similar experiences. I have not found a single person who has had a positive experience with Tristen Larsen, Airlius or Cicero or Ordering Ads or any of his other fraudulent companies.

Non-stop spam - multiple emails each day.

Many of the employees work in Cisero. After two months he did not pay employees' salaries and contractors' service dues payments. Tristen gets the amount from clients but doesn't pay employees' salaries. Please stay away from all clients from this scammer and also those who want to work with him.

Anyone who spams as much as they do would never get my business.

Disappointment with the company's marketing services

Around 18 months ago, I clicked on a link from an email and purchased their marketing, email marketing services for $12,000 with the promise of 200 qualified leads. Since then, I've only had two leads.

They have sent thousands and thousands of emails, essentially spamming everybody, yielding very poor, actually ridiculously low, results.

They keep changing staff every few months because apparently they don't pay their staff. You can check out the other reviews.

Tristan just sent me a message saying my contract's expired. But if I give him a good five-star review on Trustpilot, he'll extend my contract. I replied back to him that they haven't even met their obligations in the contract for 200 leads. My contract actually says they should give me a refund. So I've asked for a refund. Since then, he's been ghosting me and not even replying.

By leaving this review, he's obviously now definitely not going to deliver my contract. But to be honest, I'd rather be honest and tell everyone else, this is not a good company to work with. They take your money. They ghost you.

When you look at their Slack channel, you can see how many upset customers there are. I suppose everyone keeps trying to chase their losses, hoping that we'll get a delivery. Not many people are speaking out.

I'm going to count my losses, $12K down the drain. Learned my lesson. Don't trust them. Despite their fantastic marketing, I wish they could have this amazing marketing when they were selling my services. But no, they don't. It's terrible.

Tristen Larsen is a scammer, plain and simple. He owes me and many other people thousands of dollars. He operates his company on a scam where he hires people, stops paying them after a few months, and then removes them from Slack.

Just Google "Tristen Larsen", and you will find endless evidence.
