Deranged sizing , im a size 6 and could not get in to the small size. Did an exchange for size up and the upper half was outrageously big and lower half insanelt skinny. No human is shaped like this 🤣 In trying to return the item i was bounced around multiple team members claiming "oversights" to each others previous responses and denied the option of making a return and was refused a refund.
I went looking at the reviews and in light of the similarities in complaints, iv gone ahead and reported this company to consumer protection and hope many will do the same. There are brands out there who prioritize quality in product and purchasing experience. This company has no respect for consumers and no standard of customer care. The clothing itself is terrible. Will never shop this brand again

I LOVE AIRMED!!! My order was perfect and delivered promptly to my home, the scrubs were perfect, fit me wonderfully well (true to size) and the embroidery was excellent and quickly done and quickly delivered. Im very very happy. I only shop at AIRMED as it never disappoints! Just perfect! A+++++

Their pants are not made for short girlies with big thighs, even their wide leg pants cling to my thighs. Also petite length still drags on the floor and I’m 5’ 1” so this brand is useless for me.
Tried to get a refund but they gave me a gift card instead, even though I returned everything in original packaging with tags still on. And the gift card was for less of an amount than I paid.
This company is super dodgy, not responding to emails so I opened a case with PayPal.

The petite size is the perfect fit for me! Finally, I can buy scrub pants without having to shorten them. The fabric is also so nice, and the new 2 for $65 promo is such a great deal for people who wear scrubs more often than regular clothes (like me).

I bought my normal size in scrubs.. And I got my airmed pants.. And they are that small I can even put them on.. They are more like a s-m size... What a waste of money

This is my second purchase from Airmed and I love the scrubs - the colours, the fit, the options! The wide leg is my new go-to, so comfy!

Received ?used or returned scrubs, no tags on them and with a scent of perfume. I have sent 2 emails to customer service with absolute silence. Someone please contact me!

The pink scrubs are transparent, not just an outline of the underwear, can fully see my underwear while wearing them. apart from that, the feel and look are great

Quality of pants are no where near as good as a few years ago. Material is harsher. Sizing is inconsistent, different to years ago too, tight in wrong areas, too long on some styles. Very disappointing

The customer service was poor. The website states that delivery takes 1-3 days, I emailed customer service but I received no reply.

Best scrub pants I ever had. Petite size the length is good, no need for alterations/shortening of the pants. The midnight navy colour matches our uniform top. The best thing also no ironing needed!

Clothing isn’t comfortable. And you have to go up a good couple of sizes to get anything to fit. Curves are clearly a no for this company. And what’s with the side pockets that end in the middle of the knee so you can’t use them because a notepad or your phone hinders your gait and ability to squat
