The service is inconsistent. After contacting them via WhatsApp, there has been no response at all. I don't know what's going on, and it's quite perplexing.

It’s great experience with airmiles.hk. Eran has been very helpful and responsive. I have problem with my bank transfer and hems flexible for my split non-USD payment. I got my miles around an hour after payment is made.

Excellent service
Excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and i had the miles in my account within two hours of payment. This allowed me to book a business class flight for £900 instead of the advertised £1,850. Will use this for all long haul travel in the future

This service is genuine and trustworthy. I bought around 250,000 SQ miles from airmiles.hk which were promptly delivered to my SQ Krisflyer account within 24 hours of transferring money in a Singapore account (they transfer during NEw York hours)

Great deal and all risk free!
Probably like most people, I was a little reluctant to do this, however after transfering a few thousand USD for several hundred thousand points, I received all points as promised within just a few hours. Super simple and communication with Daniel was easy efficient. The fact that they allow you to transfer funds through PayPal (which is completely safe) removed any thoughts of risk.
Highly recommended and will use them again.
