A fast and efficient drop off for the vehicle. The staff were there to receive the vehicle and it was parked waiting for us at pick up on our return. Staff were polite and helpful. Phones answered promptly. We paid for a premium service but were then charged an extra £10 for car park exit fees. When challenged about the surcharge the following day via WhatsApp we were refunded without quibble. I cannot comment on the level of security or location of the “secure parking”. Our car was returned in the same condition. So from the meet and greet perspective it was an excellent service - I am unable to comment on how safe and secure the parking was whilst we were away.

I book the economy meet and greet with Air Park Pro and everything worked out well at drop off and pick up . The gentleman was dressed smartly, courteous and on time . He also called us multiple times to check were we are in our approach to Heathrow Airport. Our car had no issues on return . They manage delayed flights very well by sending messages to ask for updates . I will use them again .My husband is a wheelchair user and they went above and beyond to assist us helping me to take the luggage from our vehicle and then load our luggage on the trolley . It’s rare I go all out on any review, so to give 5/5 is because these guys smashed it. I have tried many different companies in LHR for parking, but these guys delivered excellent value for money. Great comms, delivered exactly as they said they would, car fully charged and washed too. I will be using them again for my next holiday. Keep up the great work!!!

This company offers charging for electric cars, something Heathrow weirdly does not have. Spoke on the phone super helpful. We got there early and they still came to pick up the car. They did have a problem charging the car but they sorted it out by doing a slow charge. Great service would use again. Thanks Tracy

Was let down by another service who did not turn up to take my car at Herathrow. Thsi company stepped in quickly, efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with both on drop off and return ,had even given my car a quick clean free of charge. Highly recommended.

When another parking company left me stranded, these folks came to my aid. Everything went smoothly, and I plan to use their services again.

The whole experience was very smooth and easy. We called 30 mins before we arrived and then waited to drop our car off. When we came back we were asked to call twice (once when we landed and after we got our bags). When we arrived at the car park, our car was waiting for us. The service was very good.

These guys rescued me when another parking provider failed to show. All went very well. Will re-use them myself in the future too.
