SCAM, BULLY

I do not recommend anyone touch this company. Not only is it a scam but they will harrass you for years after. Blocking and unsubscribing a million times hasn't worked. This is a well deserved review for a company that cannot respect basic human right to say NO.

They are scammers...I should have known better...do not use this service...$300 for what???

I paid for a radio promotion but this company only wanted my money. No radio airplays.
Before the company was sold, it was ok. But now it is scam.

Scam. they send to "radio stations" without giving any information on who they are, cannot target. The reporting just shows random graphs of "stations" "considering" your music. You have no control over your pitch, who you send to, no transparency in the reporting. they prey on young, impressionable artists.

support is non-existent and will answer your questions with the same canned response no matter what you ask them about their service. avoid at all costs.

After 2 months of time they have not delivered on anything. Your money is better spent hiring a legit promotion service

Airplaybuzz once was great. Responses from radiostations, graphics to watch your worldwide playes, comments on your songs.... but nothing left. They changed the website, there are no overviews for your plays and it's a waste of money at this moment. I gave the new website a try, uploaded a couple of songs, payed for a year contribution, but all glory has gone. Only 3 radiostations responded. Even when I uploaded an older song that generated hundreds of reactions 2 years ago.... And that's really sad.... I wished it was all the same as it used to be..... but it's not. Save your money and if you find another worldwide plugging site.... let me know.

My experience is similar to No and Rudolph's. If I could give a nil rating I would. I tried them a few years ago when they advertised songs were played in areas where royalties were payable. I never received a single cent. More recently I paid for a two in one deal where your song was loaded on Airplaybuzz and Indienetwork Radio for the price of one. I paid for two songs and after not seeing them loaded on Airplaybuzz for some time asked their CEO Christophe Marcie who had sent me a Facebook friend request on Messenger what was happening. He replied that free promos were not a priority even though it wasn't entirely free. It was only when I lodged a PayPal dispute that one song was loaded. It was only when I told their partner Indienetwork Radio that I wouldn't use them any more because of their association with Christophe that the second song was also loaded. More recently I paid for their one year unlimited releases for a discount price deal. They were advertising this before Xmas day 2022 and I paid for it on Xmas day. Almost 5 months later and their dashboard shows only one Radio station is giving one of my songs spins and just over 11000 are giving consideration to playing them. On each occasion I have dealt with them they reply initially and say be patient and then stop replying at all. In my view a business should not advertise a product if it is not ready to go when you pay for it. This is so unprofessional! They continue to send me emails about paying for a chance to get charted, something called Zei Television and Indienetwork Radio Show but cannot deliver on their core business which is supposedly getting spins from up to 50000 Radio Stations. In reality these are Radio Internet stations. I will be happy to give them a higher rating or remove this review completely if they get their act together and stop treating customers/artists with utter contempt.

This is site is a total scam and I surprised they have not been shut down. Like a previous reviewer, I paid for a year and to date no results. Christopher kept promising me results and it’s been 4 months to no avail. I own a music promotion company and we do not operate the business like Airplay Buzz does. I wish that I could get my money back but that will probably never happen. It’s not right that they are promoting a false promotion to independent artists. Truth be told, it actually can cost thousands of dollars to get a song on the mainstream FM radio networks. My partner in Texas owns a radio promotion company and they always come through for me. The have great service and my clients are always satisfied.

AIRPLAYBUZZ it s really a TOP NETWORK for Radio Promotion. In 2022, I've has been considered for a GRAMMY Nomination as Producer non-Classical, and for sure AIRPLAYBUZZ, with his large and successful exposure, helped me for reaching this GORGEOUS GOAL with tons of Radio and TV airplay.
ABOUT 100 songs promoted yet and New Ones are coming!

As a Satellite radio station, we are accredited to the AIRPLAYBUZZ platform for a few years to build our playlists with fresh independent music. It's a very nice tool for us. We find new music every day on it.

Paid for 1 year unlimited releases on this platform. Never had any results, was told that in January will be the first results. Over 4 months now since upload and this guy Christophe Marcy stopped responding to my emails when I asked for some actual stats of the promo campaign or refund. Worth to mention that it was highlighted that I will be refunded if there are no results. Clear waste of time and money.

If you read this Christophe - you could achive so much more by beeing honest and actually do what you promised, build up a legit network with real radio stations instead of trying to scam people with your own created fake radio and tv channels. Is it worth the effort?
