AirPos is fine on the till side apart…

AirPos is fine on the till side apart from the customer accounts which just can’t up to what was required and any issues were never corrected the same day therefore meaning the till was incorrect that day.
Also upon leaving I had no help whatsoever in trying to remove my records that were stored on the system.

We recently installed Airpos in Masons…

We recently installed Airpos in Masons bar, and it has been a game-changer! The software is incredibly easy to use, and our staff quickly adapted to it without any issues. The intuitive interface has made processing orders and payments much faster and more efficient.

One of the best features of Airpos is its seamless integration with our existing systems. It has streamlined our operations, from inventory management to sales tracking, and has provided us with valuable insights into our business performance. The real-time reporting and analytics have been particularly helpful in making informed decisions.

The customer support team at Airpos has been fantastic. They are always available to assist with any questions or concerns, and their prompt and professional service has made the transition to the new system smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, Airpos has significantly improved our pub’s point of sale operations. It is a reliable, feature-rich solution that I would highly recommend to any pub or bar looking to upgrade their POS system. Kudos to the Airpos team for developing such an excellent product!

Had an issue with the Airpos pay. Really great support. Solved my problem really easily. Great system for our small business.

Stripe made easy

From start to finish the process has been flawless. From signing up to Stripe I have had nothing but issues and the guys at AirPos were able to get the terminals connected to my account and spent significant time getting the iPad etc connected to the terminal. Couldn't fault the experience so far.

Highbank Organic Orchards

I have been using AIRPOS for several years now and have nothing but positives to say about them. Very easy to understand and use. On the few occasions when I have needed help they have gone out of their way to sort me out in a very courteous way. There is always someone to talk to within a few minutes. We are now using Airpos pay and love it due to its simplicity and transparency.

Love this system! Easy to use and saves me money

Love this system! It is very easy to use and haven't had any issues even though support is 7 days a week. The POS app is clean and intuitive and has everything I need for managing my customers with customer accounts. The backoffice and reports helps me stay on top of everything and know exactly whats selling more. I use AirPOS Pay so I don't pay a subscription and the amount of money I save when compared to others is brilliant! Couldn't recommend enough!

Easy and nice system

Easy and nice system
I have been working with them since last December and I have no issues, of course few things but when contacted the support they solved everything very fast and with an answer for all.
I 100% recommend them.

Easy to setup and update

Easy to setup and update, loading inventory is simple, requires very little technical knowledge.

Really feature rich software that takes a lot of hassle out of the day to day business.

Very easy and intuitive system.

Very easy and intuitive system.

The back office was the biggest plus for us as we could keep track of our sales very well.
Sadly due to the current market changes within our industry we are closing our business down. In the future we plan on using airpos again for a new project.
