Over worked driver
The driver was over booked 20dec. He was in the hurry to pick up his next client. One suitcase was left in the boot of his car. After 2 phone call 10 minutes worry the driver came back with our suitcase. He is a nice person who is over worked over used MZ

Thanks Maria for your feedback. We try to make sure all our drivers have enough time inbetween journeys. That job becomes even more difficult when you combine London traffic with the Christams rush. We are glad you were reunited with your bag quickly.
