Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Would not use them again.
After arriving at the designated hotel, I parked our car and waited with a crowd of people in front of the hotel. We were told there would be a white van to take us to the Port. After about 20-30 minutes, an unmarked van arrived and we had to ask if it was going to the port, no announcement from the driver, no signs or markings on the van.
On the way to the port, we asked the driver about getting in touch with the parking company when we returned to pick us up. The number I got from the website booking was different than what another couple riding with us had. The driver said to use the number the other couple had.
When our cruise returned to the port and we were ready to be picked up, I called the number that I was given. It was difficult to say the least hearing the man on the other end much less understanding him and when he would pick us up. After waiting about 20 minutes, I called him again and asked him when he was going to pick us up. He would not give us a time.
After spending about 20 more minutes waiting, we gave up and spent $10 on a cab to drive us about half a mile back to the hotel where our car was parked. I doubt if the driver ever showed up at all.
I would never use this parking company again. I will pay the extra money to park within walking distance of the port.

We do apologize that you had a bad experience with the shuttle service. We will let this parking lot know about this complaint, but please keep in mind our company is for the booking process and the shuttle service is provided by the actually parking facility. Thank you!

I have used this service numerous times in multiple locations. Every time I have had a great experience. I recommend this to everyone!!
