Absolutely disgusting…..
Please don’t trust the reviews…
My tire had a puncture,they’ve been driving my car. They dropped my car at the airport like that ,where’s they supposed to pick us up.When contacted them they were so rude and arrogant. Supposed to be home @9:30 pm. Ended up 2:30 am going home with 3 young kids .
Please be careful from these people very unprofessional. Even when we were going to the airport they left us wait 40 min and we were late as well .
I can’t express enough the distress these people have cause . Not even an apology

We use this website very often as it gives really good prices for different locations.
Getting a discount through the work scheme also helps.

Really impressed with the service at Birmingham meet and great car park service.
Initially when we pulled up its was pretty busy with other people dropping off their cars but we was seen to quickly, and within a few minutes we was off to start our holiday stress free!

Returning, the service was even better. We had a very big delay at passport controls which put us over our expected pick up time. I called to inform them we was going to be late and the guy told me not to worry and that our car was waiting on the carpark already.
Walked up to the car park, received our keys and off home all within 2 minutes, just what we needed after a stress few hours in the airport.

This parking site was very easy to use and quick and easy to arrange the parking of my car at the airport. There was a map to show exactly where the car park is situated on the complex and free late collection option. Very good

Easy to book

Very unprofessional service. Late for meet and greet that defeats the whole purpose of it. I would not recommend this company. On arrival again same issues, we waited two hours for the car to be brought to the terminal, it was partly because of a road accident, however they should have thought about that and informed us beforehand because they had our arrival time.

easy booking process- 4th time i have used. always very competitive pricing.

So easy to find and book this is the 2nd time I have used this company and the process has been super easy and stress free so I hope this will be the same for my 2nd trip would recommend

I had a negative surprise after the booking was completed and I received I email which was saying I had to pay £6 each way to get in and out using their shuttle. I've never seen this in park and ride services. It was not clear when I was booking.

We selected the lowest cost Meet and Greet "Tidy Parking". On departure they took a good 15 minutes to meet us and take our car, on arrival we had to phone 10 times before anyone answered the call and then they took more then 30 minutes to return our vehicle which was now caked in mud and covered in bird's muck. Although this is not directly the fault of Airportparkwithus, we trusted this site to offer us good reputable parking providers but ended us with cowboys. I would not recommend Airportparkwithus and I highly advise people not to use Tidy Parking.

The booking was easy, however I was confused as to where we need to park the car. It was clearer after I read the website itself.

Everything was well organised. There was a problem with who we booked with, but the man got it sorted instantly. Transfer both ways were prompt, car was waiting for us. Reasonably priced, would use again.

Easy drop off and easy pick up no hassles.
Car came back as I'd left it.
Will definitely use again!

Used this service a few times now and can highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and super easy, makes an early morning or late flight more bearable, especially with young children as you drop off/collect right outside the terminal.

I was initially reluctant to book another M&G service due to damage to our car via another provider but Airportparkwithus have been amazing and the car comes back perfect every time.

Very easy to book and well explained at the website.

Very poor experience overall experience with this airport parking company. After waiting over half an for the return of our car, we immediately noticed a large scratch on the front bumper which happened whilst in their hands. When the car arrived it was being driven recklessly, screeching around the corner. They showed no remorse or apology for the damage caused.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this airport parking company. I filed a complaint nearly a month ago but I have yet to received any response or acknowledgment. Customer service is non existent, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling customer concerns. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their service, as their lack of professionalism and communication is very frustrating.

The driver was late for collection of my car on our outward bound journey and we were left waiting an hour and 20 minutes for it to be dropped back to us on return.
We were given lots of excuses, a crash, bad traffic (utter nonsense it was early on a Sunday morning and we check the roads which were all clear), shortage of staff etc. If we had been told the truth we could have at least gone for coffee to wait. Instead we were just waiting in the cold, tired and getting more angry as time went on.
The driver who turned up just said it’s not my fault.
This was an extremely unprofessional service and I will not be using you again. I will be telling my family and friends who are frequent fliers not to use your company.
