Very very poor customer service on 14 June driver had been booked for 11am but it was impossible to track until very late and he was near Lambeth, I live in Fulham, I was worried so I called Airport 247 and the controller was offhand. Driver called me back to say he was only 4 miles away (this is Central London!) and he would be with me in minutes! This went on until he arrived at 11.20. Traffic was very heavy and the driver kept telling me that we would get to the airport in 28 minutes we didn’t. Disgraceful that I had to chase again and again and the company didn’t send an alternative driver or cancel the booking no duty of care. When I have used them previously they have always pushed me to leave a review, strangely this time they didn’t!

Booked taxi to pick me up at 6am to go to airport. Taxi was no show, no one answered when i called them. Would not advise using them

Just want to make you aware of my experience of the past 23rd May with this company which for obvious reasons I will never use again.

Was expecting the collection from my house for me and two young daughters (7 & 4) at 11.45 to go to Heathrow and at 11.35 they called me to let me know that the driver would be 45 to 55 min late due to traffic...

I requested another driver but they were unable to provide anyone which was not good. They apogised and can apologize as many times as they wish but the trust is gone. They are unprofessional and unrealible and not fit to cover routes to the airport. Expect the unexpected if you book them. At your own risk.

Thought I'd give them a try because of the promo, the price seemed good. Called on the day 1,5 hours before pickup to confirm everything was alright. Was assured about my order and that everything was in order. 30 mins before the pick up got a call that they had to outsource my order. It turns out later, because I had a promo price they were trying to find the cheapest offer out there so booked a driver who was one hour away. The driver arrived 45 mins late and I am on my way to the airport now pretty sure I will miss my flight to NYC. And of course, id still have to pay a higher price to this driver. Never had an issue with my regular cab company, and wish I had never given this one a try. Costly mistake.
