Cliff has good customer ethics. He’s very polite and respectful. He’s also very knowledgeable and knows his job.
He appears transparent and persuasive hence I decided to take the plunge and bought my ticket from him. He’s a good ambassador for his company. I will not hesitate to patronise him again.

I have been dealing with Cliff since July 2024, and he has been very helpful with an honest personality! At first when I enquired about my ticket; I was very worried that this was a scam and was very limited with giving out any information but he used his persuasive skill to urge me that his company is not a scam!
I would recommend anyone to him as he has pleasant, helpful personality with a lot of professional customers’ skills and ability to encourage you to buy air tickets! He is hardworking and always keeps up on time with phone calls and quick to give feedback with new tickets information! Thank you Cliff and please keep up the hard work and I recommend a pay rise on your salary! Thanks so much for your patience, honesty and reliability in dealing with me!

The agent acted professionally…
The agent acted professionally throughout my engagement with him. He looked for the best deal for me, he called me back severally to engage me in decision making. After two weeks of reservation, I called him to ask for a new date as the date i initially booked was no longer tenable. This he dealt with in a professional manner and booked a new flight for me.

At 1st I had so my doubts and trust issues ,because this was my 1st tym booking flight through travel agency.
