Trikot fürs Kind vor 2 Wochen bestellt. Keine Reaktion, keine Mail, keine Ware. Zum Glück mit Paypal bezahlt und Geld zurückbekommen. Allerdings ist das Kind nun megatraurig.

Bestellung aufgegeben. Per Paypal bezahlt. 2 Wochen nichts gehört. Nicht mal eine Bestätigung erhalten.

Netter und schneller Kontakt,sehr guter Kundenservice

Es ist nur 1/3 meiner Bestellung angekommen. Bestellt wurde ein Trikot samt Hose und Stutzen, mich hat nur die Hose erreicht. Verpackung war auch nur ein 3/5.
aktuell bin ich in Klärung ob ich den Rest der Bestellung noch erhalte oder ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Finger weg von Aisope! Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung über drei Artikel aufgegeben natürlich sofort bezahlt per Paypal, sogar noch 11,67€ Versandkosten bezahlt, damit das Paket innerhalb einer Woche kommt, aber nie eine Lieferung erhalten. Auf meine Aufforderung das Geld zurück zu zahlen kam keine Antwort!

Op 11 november 2021 een bestelling geplaatst. Meerdere keren contact opgezocht en gevraagd om een terugbetaling.
Ze zouden de verzending versnellen.
Aan de track en trace te zien ligt mijn bestelling nog in China terwijl we al ruim 4 maanden verder zijn.
Klantenservice is waardeloos.
Bestel hier nooit wat want dan ben je zeker je geld kwijt. Op hun site staat dat je na 30 dagen je geld terug krijgt. Onzin. ruim 45 euro betaald.

Kindertrikot bestellt, sehr gute Qualität und vom Preis her top.

Ce site est une pure arnaque. Ils exposent des photos de produits officiels (j'ai acheté un maillot de foot) et envoie un produit fabriqué en Chine, une pâle copie du produit acheté. Ces rigolos me proposent de retourner le colis en Chine (ben tiens) alors que cela me coûterait 50.- soit plus cher que le prix du machin ! Résultat je jette ce "maillot" et me fait rembourser la moitié , c'est tout ce que ces voleurs arrivent à proposer comme solution ! Fuyez ce site

Products are coming from China and you need to pay customs for it if you are inside the EU. They do not warn you about it. For a 36 EUR order I have to pay 22 EUR tax and VAT. From my pov this is a scam as in addition to the price on the site you end up paying additional costs which were not explained.

Geen toelichting

Bestelling geplaatst en betaald, en daarna moet ik nog eens de helft bijbetalen om mijn pakje - dat dan blijkbaar uit China moet komen - vrij te geven bij de douane, dat heb ik gedaan, geen reactie op mijn mails voor terugbetaling van de douanerechten, nooit meer!

I ordered a T-shirt from this company over a month ago. It still hasn't arrived and the tracking of the package is super unclear. It was supposed to arrive 3 days ago, but it didn't. Bad customer service and unclear site!

Update: After waiting almost 2 months, the tracking stated that my package was about to arrive. In the end I just got the money refunded without explanation. No package, no explanation. Do not order here and save yourself the trouble.
