Awesome. It did go well

I have not started working for AJ recruitment but I am in the process of starting to become a support worker. Throughout this process, I have been supported and encouraged to ask any questions. I was interviewed by Sadie and the interview was really a enlightened and enjoy full experience. Throughout my training, the AJ recruitment team made me feel welcomed and happy to be a part of the team.

I had an issue filling an online form, and a member of staff, June took it upon herself to ring the company and myself to help sort it out promptly. One page after another, she filled my details in whilst on a voice call with me, both in a professional and pleasant manner 😊. All that mattered to her was getting it sorted, not minding how long it took! Thanks June for getting it sorted! Thanks AJ!

Chris has been amazing throughout my experience so far, never felt at ease so much during an interview and filled with confidence, thank you a lot!

I am nearing my start date for a job that aj recruitment helped me to get, and the help I’ve been given is nothing short of above and beyond… Chris Cheesbrough has been on the other side of the phone with me and has been more than helpful as well as being polite and professional, at the same time it’s been good to talk with someone level headed that you can have a laugh with, and it really took the edge off of the daunting search for a new job.

I have received excellent service from AJ Recruitment. Staff are polite, proactive and very helpful. They act promptly and always listen to any questions. Nothing is too much for them and it has been a pleasure working for this agency.

I have worked with Jess on the website project and have found her to be positive and solution based in her approach. Taking on a web builder tool is not an easy task (despite what the website builders marketing says) and it needs a mind that is prepared to work at it patiently and persistently to get the desired result. Also being able to take constructive feedback is something I have seen Jess to do a couple of times, and not making the “work” personal but accepting that the marketing outputs are a collaborative process and will require multiple stakeholders to input to get the finished outcome. As Jess grows and develops her skillset this ability will serve her incredibly well.

What has impressed me most about Jess is her “get up and go” approach and I think this will serve her really well working in a business culture that is driven by entrepreneurial founders

Paige was a really good advisor she went through all the relevant questions with me.

It was a great experience during my interview with Chris and Paige and after the interview Chris will to check about any feedback. Am so happy with Chris very supportive. I will say thank you to Chris and I wish myself all the best in my new job.

Chris Cheeserough is a great interviewer. Chris was kind, polite and very friendly during the interview. Chris was also good at asking questions that test your knowledge health and social care. Furthermore, Chris will give the the tools needed for your second interview after you pass the interview with him; this was very helpful.

Paige Morrison was also great. She was good was good at informing of everything you need to start working and taking your essential documents that you need to start working.

I also appreciated how Chris and Paige would check up on you by checking how well your interviews went, which documents you need to do and how well your training is going.

It's been a very good experience working for AJ. Kind and supportive staff members who work tirelessly to meet your needs. It's a great place to be in. I love it!
