I have been using this product for five months. And I have seen very steady progress. Their customer service is outstanding and I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is a great product I have been using for a while with great results however due to their over the top and unrealistic price increases I am forced to look for alternatives and have found much cheaper alternatives that use the same extract process or even one standardized to a stronger eurocoma content 10% with great reveiws I recommend others to boycott this company until they stop pushing up prices far more than they need to to make a profit.

I've tried many tongkat Ali Supplements over the years as this is the best by far in terms of quality and value.

I noticed a change in physique after a month and had more energy/mental clarity.

I have found some tongkat Ali supplements to be a little rough on the stomach but this one was fine

I have been using the product for several months now. I had my testosterone checked by my doctor twice in August of 2025 my results were 318 and 364 (avg 341) not low enough to qualify for medical testosterone therapy in the USA. I am 61 years old so getting low Testosterone levels at my age is common.

I ordered Akarali Tongat Ali in September though Amazon and product was good and delivery fast. I took it for 45 days and then had my testosterone checked again in November 2025, it went up with Akarali Tongat Ali from the August average of 341 to 502 in November. A rise of 161 points in 45 days. I'll have to check it again at the 3 month mark

Customer service is contacted in the USA to Akarali overseas and the representative I had was very helpful and responsive. Although it's easier to contact them in the USA during the evening hours it's great customer service each time I contacted them. I feel good about this product so far. Even though my initial 45 day results only got my testosterone to 502 I'm thinking it's going to go up a bit higher with time. I can tell the difference in my gym workouts already and my libido noticably higher.
