Great quality, perfect support!

I had trouble with the correct size of a ring at first. The team (Anja) helped me very well and detailed by mail. She was very patient, friendly and helpful. The exchange of the ring was also no problem at all. Within a week (actually even less than a week) I was able to return the ring and also have already received the right size.
I am totally happy with the ring (quality) and the great service!

*Varning* stor fraktrisk för kunden!

*Varning - du som kund löper risk att bli av med paket värt tusentals kronor, och du står för risken.*

Köp upp till 4999kr kan lämnas utanför din dörr, oförsäkrat, för vem vem som helst att stjäla! Detta då det skickas som varubrev med PostNord.

Akind tar inget ansvar för detta.
Akind upplyser inte tydligt om detta!
Akind erbjuder heller inte något annat fraktalternativ.
Detta är alltså per design i deras köpprocess även vid köp av varor för flera tusen.

Akind är själva medvetna om problemet och risken för kunden. De friskriver sig ”dolt” i sin FAQ som man separat måste klicka sig vidare till.

I köpprocessen upplyses kunden inte tydligt om fraktrisken, det som tydligt står är ”free shipping” och man har inget annat val än detta fraktalternativ.

Hur vet jag då detta och vad får mig att skriva ett dåligt omdöme? Jag köpte precis ett halsband för 3600kr i present till min tjej. Igår när jag sitter på jobbet fick jag ett sms av PostNord att brevet inte fick plats i brevlådan och att det ligger utanför min dörr i trapphuset.

Jag var tvungen att släppa det jag höll på med på jobbet och tuta fram och tillbaka hem för att säkra upp mitt paket. (Vi har haft återkommande problem med stölder i trapphuset.)

Akind vet att detta är standard för dessa leveranser med PostNord som de valt som enda alternativ.

Jag klagar per mail till Akind. De svarar att de ”ser problemet” men säger det är PostNords ”fel”, men det är alltså Akind som valt detta som enda fraktmetod. Så deras friskrivning ger jag inget för.

Det finns massvis med andra säkra fraktalternativ, Akind har valt detta som enda alternativet i Sverige (sannolikt av kostnadsskäl), och lägger risken på kunden.

Varupaket från PostNord fyller definitivt sin funktion. Men det är en sak är att lämna två paket Alvedon och två paket Ipren från ett nätapotek i trappuppgången. Men att som enda fraktalternativ lämna smycken för tusentals kronor oskyddade i en trappuppgång, det är bara oansvarigt gentemot sina kunder. Särskilt när detta inte står tydligt vid utcheckning. Och detta skapar bieffekter som att man behöver lämna sitt arbete och åka hem för att ta hand om ett värdefullt paket.

Thank you for your message. We fully understand that delivering jewelery to your door is not ideal. We were actually not aware of this until recently and have come to understand that it is up to the delivery person whether he/she decides to leave it at the door or at a collection point, even though our parcels should in fact fit into regular sized letter boxes. So we are looking at more delivery options now. Having said that, Postnord has proven to be extremely reliable and we almost never lose a package with them. Your case is very unusual. Also note that in the event of a parcel being lost we always cover that cost, so your statement is not correct in this case. Our FAQ is clearly linked in the footer of our site and easy to navigate so we disagree with your claim that we are hiding relevant shipping information.

We apologize for the stress this has caused you and hope your daughter enjoyed her diamond necklace.

Don't hesitate to buy from Akind!

Not only we are super happy with the products we got, which will be our wedding bands, but also with the support offered and the constant communication. One of the rings took longer to arrive from their warehouse and they contacted me immediately to let me know and keep me updated.
We chose the brand for the commitment to sustainable practices and will choose it again not only for this but their great service too.

Great customer service!

I had a little trouble with the delivery of my parcel with DHL. I let the customer support team know, and they were so helpful and followed up with me regularly until I was able to confirm my package had been delivered. I've ordered from Akind twice now and have been very happy with my purchases. I would highly recommend to others.

Making returns is extremely hard

Making returns is extremely hard. I have yet to receive a refund after returning a parcel 20 days ago. I’ve emailed customer service (they’ve been quite supportive) but now say I have to go back to the point where I’ve dropped it off because it has not been picked up and I have to try to return the order again. Unfortunately, I am on holiday and cannot go back for 2 weeks, which means that the expensive jewelry I bought is sitting at a package point.

I ordered a necklace from here and everything has been fantastic! I reached out to customer service regarding something with the order and received a helpful reply a few hours later. On top of that, my order arrived here, in Denmark, one day after it had been shipped from Sweden - and the piece itself is absolutely beautiful for a price that couldn't be better when it's solid gold and diamonds. I can only recommend it and have already ordered another piece from there :)

Er stedet virkelig?
Har prøvd nå i nesten 30 min å komme inn på nettsiden deres for å se om noe var i min interesse, men siden stod bare å hoppet.....
Håper virkelig at de har noe rusk i maskineriet, og at det ikke er noe juks, har opptak av hvordan det artet seg!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Beautiful ring. I proposed to my future wife and the ring proved to too big. Due to COVID my surprise proposal got postponed, so the return period had already passed. But Akind sent without any extra cost a new ring! And was super kind and supportive. I would recommend Akind to everyone!
