I have worn their sweaters for years and recently purchased two more. The colour of one was a little different to what I expected and so I sent them an email asking if I could change it, I received a phone call within a few minutes from the owner Louie offering to knit me a new one as soon as the colour yarn I like comes to hand. He will post it to me when I can return the one I dont want at no cost. Wonderful product and wonderful service.

I placed an order for two jumpers and there were some hickups in getting the items delivered to me, to the point that I thought I'd been scammed. However, great customer service from George, apologies and they more than made up for the delay. I am returning one of the jumpers because the crew neck was much higher than I thought it would be and find that unpleasant to wear. Still, both jumpers excellent quality, fit true to size, and again, great customer service. I would buy from them again.

My shopping experience with Aklanda.com.au was a complete nightmare. I ordered a red product, but they sent me an brown one instead. Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, they didn't bother responding to resolve the issue. Their customer service is a total letdown, and they show no regard for their customers' satisfaction. I strongly advise against shopping here; you'll likely end up disappointed and ignored. Look elsewhere for a reliable online store that values its customers.
