I purchased a pair of boots I never received them, I tried to reach this company and the answer was that this company doesn’t exist. I lose my money and PayPal won’t back me up. So much for trusting Chinese merchants. Nina

This is a very bad company. I did not read the reviews here prior to placing my order. If I had I would not have ordered from them. I placed an order on Nov 22 for 2 different pairs of their boots. When the boots did not arrive after approx 2 weeks, I emailed and they returned a note stating that my first order had been lost in shipping and a new order had been sent put and it could take 20 days to receive it. Waited an appropriate amount of time and still no boots. I re-emailed and received a note from them stating to check my local post office as their tracking stated the order had been delivered to my local post office. Well guess what no package from them at the post office. I have emailed again related to no pkgat the post office and am now waiting for a response. furthermore it was portrayed as a United States based company, but any tracking info I tried to access was in Chinese!!! Very disappointed.
Next step is to try to get my money returned through PayPal by filing a complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Out of China. Does not adhere to their own return policy. Wanted me to pay return shipping cost when their return policy says they will take care of replacing the product. Would not refund my money either. Terrible business. Do not buy from these people. Boots are cheaply made & WAY over priced. Stay away!!!

Scammers.... take your money and don't send product. What do expect from a company from China

Ordered pair of shoes and they are 2 sizes too small. Asked for refund three times with no luck. After 4th time, they provided me with return to this adress.

I got them from Mississauga Ont.
Went to Post office and they advised no addressee,and no postal code. Address is fictitious. Once sent, items will disappear in transit and they will say did nit receive.
Cost 30 Canadian. Dont waste time on cheap Chinese crap.

I wish I could give a -5 star bought two pair when they finally got to me they are to small I sent an email to get return forms and they told me I had to pay to return them, then they offered to make me a deal I could send them $25 dollars more and they would send me a different size and give the other shoes to someone. I told I had a deal for them send my money back and I would throw their shoes in the garbage, very poor quality

ridiculous trying to return. emailed them the same day i received my order. while they have replied, I still have not been able to get a return address. ( 5 days later) -

Wish there was an option less than 1 star! Site says 'fast refund>>100% money back guarantee', site says 'can return it for free', site says 'you can refund without reason within 30 days'. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Boots didn't fit. I emailed customer service the day after I received them to request a refund. Was told I can get a $5 compensation. WHAT?!?!? Total rip off!!!

Bought a pair of shoes that arrived in the wrong size. It’s been nearly impossible to get a clear response to my request for a refund. This was the answer I got this week.(sorry that they don’t have an English speaking correspondent) “ I'll apply for compensation here. Don't you consider it here?”

Bought a pair of white shoes/sandals. First time worn the thong pulled out. It had never been glued, so an obvious manufacturing fault. Asked for replacement and was told to "put it back with sharp object and glue.
Disgusting service.

Bought 2 pairs of sandals with toe thongs, white shoes thong broke after a few wears. Aksakon customer service is non exixtant, they offered % off next pair. No way, after such a long wait to get original order.
DO NOT order from Aksakon.

My product arrived defective, I turn it on and it does not heat, I wrote to the customer service and the answer was "if I make sure to plug it in", I am disappointed by the attention that I received and because there was no solution to my problem.

I saw their advertisement on Facebook. And I ordered a hair straight item(comb type). I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Aksakon. I looked for reviews before ordering and didn't find any. I think they block their bad reviews at that time.

The delivery took so long time.
When I received the item, it didn't work.
It was like a low-temperature comb.
So I sent an email immediately. But they suggest only $5 compensation. The company is so rude and has very poor service.
DO NOT purchase anything from the company.

Purchased train horn (BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE)
After 3 months received only one horn and when complained they they send an email and said that I bought only one...

I ordered the Women Soft Arched Sole Comfortable Casual Slippers on 4/18/21. I ordered black but when I received the confirmation of my order it showed Red I e-mailed immediately to get the order corrected. Received a reply that it had been taken care of and shoe would Black but when I got notice that the shoes had been shipped it still show Red again I was assured they would be black. Finally received the shoe 5/13/21and they are Red and don’t look like the Ad. I E-mailed them twice and now I can’t get a response. This company has poor customer service.

I purchased horns from ad on Facebook, buy one get one free. They sent one horn after one month and when I emailed and asked about the promotion, they replied that I purchased only one. I sent a screenshot of the Facebook promotion and haven’t heard from Aksakon. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! James Franklin
