I was really disappointed with the purchase. The thobe didn’t meet my expectations at all the quality was far below what the price suggests. The fabric and overall finish felt cheap and definitely not worth what I paid. On top of that even though I already paid for shipping at checkout I was still charged additional DHL fees when the item entered the U.S which was never clearly mentioned. For the price I expected a well made high quality item, but this was nowhere near that don’t be fooled by the positive reviews it’s not worth the money!

We don’t usually leave reviews, but we felt we had to this time. My husband ordered two thobes, one for himself and one for his brother, just before Eid. We were a bit worried since we left it quite last minute and weren’t sure if they’d arrive in time. The dispatch was incredibly fast, and we actually received them the day before Eid.

Communication was really smooth throughout. We were a little unsure about the material choice at first, but they guided us based on their experience, which made the decision so much easier. The thobes themselves are beautiful and feel high quality. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the whole experience, Alhamdulillah.

Unfortunately it's always our own community based businesses that have the worst customer service. They sell premium price product and when after 1 wash shows manufacturing defect this company does not want to know. I have worn cheaper thobes from other companies which had better manufacturing. Very disappointed and would not want to spend my money with them again.
