This is our second time using Al Murad worktops.
We recently purchased worktops for my mum's house renovation and we are yet again so impressed with the whole experience. The team did such a good job from start to finish - their customer service was excellent, they were really helpful and patient throughout, and the quality of the worktops is amazing. The fitting was done professionally and everything looks absolutely perfect. We went with Sahara quartz this time it’s beautiful and transformed my mums kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality worktops and a reliable service. Special thanks to Aysha, Sumayyah and Moosa for being so helpful and you were all so helpful, friendly and professional throughout.

We recently had a granite worktop installed and overall, the difference it’s made to the kitchen is huge. The finish looks premium and instantly upgrades the whole space—it’s one of those changes that actually feels worth the money. Highly recommend al murad granite.

I had my worktops done from these guys, excellent service and the finishing was unbelievable, I would recommend to family and friends these guys go beyond,

From start to finish it was a great experience dealing with Al-Murad. Moosa in the showroom was great, made me feel welcome even though it was a Sunday. Offered me a hot drink, had a look at the slabs outside and then spent a few hours looking at my measurements and giving me a quote. The quote was coming out higher than even he expected and then after discussing with a colleague they managed to get it down to an acceptable level. In the end they were a bit more expensive than Gemini (one of their competitors) but I wanted to stick with these guys as I remember buying tiles from them back in the day about 25 years ago in their Bradford branch and they gave us a good service back then.
Deposit was taken and then booked templating for a day convenient to myself and the kitchen fitter.
Templater was great, took his time, did everything with laser precision and asked the fitter to put extra supports here and there, ready for fitting.
Roll forward to fitting day. The fitters were absolutely anal and wanted perfection. They made me call the kitchen fitter a couple of times as they were not happy with the levelling (1mm out). In the end they figured it out, but just showed how attention to detail and perfection mattered to the fitters.
I'm glad I went with Al-Murad as I have seen lots of bad cases on FaceBook groups where quartz has been fitted badly by other companies.

The whole team has been amazing throughout – professional, helpful, and really easy to deal with. A special mention to the delivery drivers who were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, incredibly helpful, and handled everything with care. It’s clearly a tough job, but they made it look effortless.

I’m based in Essex, and communication was excellent. They kept me well informed with delivery times, which made everything so much easier to plan around. There was also a small follow-up needed, and without any hesitation they came back and sorted it out quickly and efficiently.

Great costumer service, with friendly staff who were very helpful throughout the whole processes.

Excellent service each and everytime! We use Al Murad to supply our kitchen clients with worktops and not one has a bad word to say about them or the quality of the product and amazingly they cover most of the country!

From our visit to the showroom to the fitted worktops all the staff we knowledgeable polite and very friendly. All the staff kept us informed at every stage of our order. The quality of the worktops were second to none and the price was the best around.
