Bag is black..
Bag is black... almost entirely. I like it, but not sure why the effort to put brown accects, as they are not noricable. This is a black bag. Not black with brown. Not purple. Just black. I haven't used it yet, but the quality is good.

Great customer service
After the drop-down buckle on the leather backpack I purchased randomly broke, Alaskan Leather shipped me a new buckle to easily install myself free of charge (rather than going through the tedious shipping process of replacing the entire bag). It was the perfect solution and I commend Alaskan Leather's great customer service in addition to their quality leather.

Unique backpack
Ordered a very unique leather backpack and it arrived quickly and was not only what I expected but it was better. This is high quality leather and there is no weird smell, just the smell of quality leather. The product is so unique and I am very pleased with my order. Would definitely order from this company again.

Glad to buy my backpack from Alaskan. Leather quality is beyond explanation, the texture looks so good and fresh. One thing they know for sure is how to craft leather beautifully. Excellent customer service and delivery time. Really satisfied with my new laptop backpack.
