Hopefully my car loan claim will do their best to help me. I have gone with so many but no one ever gets back to me to let me know what is going on. Hopefully i maybe successful with this company.

Response to concerns
They do not seem to answer the phone easily as have tried several times . We are receiving emails from them asking us to register to see details of a claim, however we have not knowingly opened any claim with them so beginning to feel like some type of alleged scam has happened as contract does not show my real signature but can’t get through to the on phone to even talk at the moment . Have tried emailing so hoping can at least get a call back .
* *update they have contacted me now and will cancel the contract without any costs to us thankfully as we did not sign up , seems someone has used my details to do so without our consent.

Was all straight forward
Was all straight forward, unfortunately the requirement for a signature was very difficult as my laptop doesn't allow touch screen input. This did not seem a problem and continued with the remainder of questions. Hopefully this will not deter the companies computer?
