Really glad we were referred to Albany Part Finance. Our Financial Advisor Joe S provided a lot of information to us, helped us obtain a mortgage offer (as well as checking multiple options) and the service he provided was amazing.
As First Time Buyers Joe was incredibly responsive and knowledgable which made us feel more at ease during the process. He even recommended local Solicitors which again were a great option as they too were on the ball 100% of the time.
We also discussed Life Insurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness cover which we would not have considered otherwise. For Exchange/Completion, he referred us to a colleague who dealt with Home and Contents insurance, again a very positie experience.
We gave our friends his details as well, as we were very impressed and appreciated all his help.
We would absolutely recommend using Albany Park Finance to anyone needing help with their home purchase.

Never use this company!! They have outside mortgage advisor that are only interested in getting their commission and not putting the customer first, lots of false promises from the manager of Albany park finance leaving me now in debt and with a mortgage I could of organised myself with a lot less stress. I gave all relevant documents 5 months before my current mortgage was due to expire but it was still not completed on time.

Everything explained in full, very efficient, kept me informed through the application.

Honestly cannot recommend Steve and his team at Finedon enough! We have been going through our first purchase on the property ladder so we’ve definitely had a lot to learn. Steve has also accommodated our difficult working patterns and it has never felt like an inconvenience for him. From the mortgage, to going through our survey, the life insurance and all the extra support along the way. Thank you so much Steve for helping us purchase our first home!

Joe Smith was great dealing with our Mortgage transfer. Very responsive and patient, explaining any questions we had.

I had a very good experience with the team. All the procedure went smooth. All the obstacles I met was sorted quickly, with positive and motivating vibes. All the staff members are friendly and ready to help. They do tend to find the quickest way to solve problems which is a big trigger to come back to them in the future.

Steve came highly recommended by a friend and my remortgage advice/experience, from the first phone call with Steve Daly, and my subsequent dealings with Casie Bampkin (Mortgage Administrator) was friendly and efficient. Casie is very helpful, responsive and really personifies customer service - a real pleasure to work with. She also promptly helped with setting up a new landlords Insurance policy on my behalf and is still responsive to my questions even after remortgage completion.
