Lovely customer service and extremely helpful

Rhys Evans - we recently had our Legal & General life cover & mortgage cover reviewed by Rhys. He was excellent very thorough and talked us through everything. No hard sell just impartial honest information & totally up to us whether we updated or changed things or not. He was very patient as we asked for lots of different scenarios & quotes.

Mr Barclay was very efficient. Not pushy and listened to any Queries I had. He explained that my policy ran out at 80. And I had several options if I wanted. If I was to alter my policy or take another one out, he would be the person I would ask for.

Very help full staff they extended my life insurance policy from 74yrs to 89yrs my policy as only gone up £5 from £20 to £25 a month with the same pay out as i was getting before those extra 15yrs give me more peace of mind so thank you Albany Park.

Hi, I had around 2 years left on my life policy with L & G. Along you came as their agents and suggested I need to revisit my policy prior to its termination.
After a bit of negotiation, I ended up with less time cover but paying more for this privilege! L & G contacted my G.P. at it was suggested I have COPD. This was diagnosed by a previous practice and past over to my present practice (who are excellent by the way) I've never smoked or been in contact with asbestos, very really use an inhaler. Work 3 days a week, look after 3 under 3 grand children 2/3 days week. No blood pressure problems low heart rate and try a get 8/10,000 steps in per day. But still everyone recons I have COPD not just Asthma and I've had that for 67 years. Now, L & G have cancelled my policy leaving me without life cover. At least prior to you contacting me, I had cover for a few more years. Regards Ron Edge

I recently received very professional service from the staff at Albany Park Finance. During what was a particularly awful year, due to the global pandemic, the last thing I wanted to think about and discuss, was life insurance! I needn’t have worried, as the whole process was actually very beneficial in many ways. The advisor who was dealing with my application was James. He was extremely courteous and reassuring, whilst explaining in great detail, every step of the process. He was clear in his explanations, extremely patient and had excellent listening skills. He allowed me time to ask questions and was very thorough in his answers. Gentle in his manner and also kind, I felt very relieved that my application wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Was contacted regarding my policy, I have had for several year, the young man asked if the policy still suited me. I explained that after I set it up, I had not looked at it. He patiently went through what I had and then with me asking a few questions he gave advice on how to improve what I had, for just a little extra a month. I felt the advise given was the best for me, at no time did I feel under pressure to change anything.
