I am not familiar with financial side of insurance at all, however, Jeremy showed patience and took his time to make sure I understood everything he discussed. When the call ended, I am confident that I fully understand the benefits of the policy nd that it suited my requirements.

Our experience with Albany park finance was really good. Jeremy, the person who we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. He gave us all the information we needed to know and even got our payments down for our life insurance, what more can you ask for!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review – here at Albany Park Finance we take all feedback very seriously, and were disappointed to see your recent comments. We rarely get any complaints, hence why we take any we do receive so seriously.
Unfortunately, due to the government announcement on 23rd March 2020, we made the difficult decision to close Albany Park Finance and place all employees on Furlough. Although this may be a disappointment to you, the safety of our staff was our highest priority and we felt it is the best choice for all at the time. Although Albany Park Finance has reopened operations, we are doing so on reduced numbers and have been dealing with an unprecedented level of enquiries from our valued customers.
However, we want to ensure you do not face any further difficulties and we will endeavour to provide you any further assistance, if it is required, and hope to resolve to a standard you would expect or to offer any further guidance.
