Labelling issues
I ordered a skirt and a blouse, both in size 146. But the blouse I received was size 128. I contacted Alba sending them a picture as well. I received a reply saying they have had some labelling mistakes from their supplier and was then offered a choice of two options, of which I informed them, I would like to receive the discount coupon. My response email regarding this, as well as two follow-up emails (two to Karina, logistics and one to Majken, designer) however, went unanswered. I had my daughter try on the clothes, but the size difference between 128 and 146 is just too big. If anyone of Alba company reads this, PLEASE reach out to me.
